Patreon Show Drops: August 31 - September 4 (Patreon)

Howdy, y'all! We're back-ish from break and getting ready to start WHM season 17! We've got some real fun stuff coming up this week, so let's get right into it, here's what's happening in the WHMu this week:

First up tomorrow, it's a very special bonus W❤️M episode where we're welcoming on John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein, the writer/director team behind the new Apple buddy comedy, Mayday, out this Friday on AppleTV+! They're the fellas who gave us really hilarious comedies like Game Night and Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, and they dropped by the WHM offices to talk about the new flick, and also break down one of their inspirations for their latest film, Midnight Run, the total classic buddy comedy, featuring Bob De Niro and Charles Gordon! You can hear us chat with these great dudes on here commercial-free at the $8 tier & up!

And then on Thursday, we're firing up season 17 in earnest with a fantastic We ❤️ Movies episode on Adam Wingard's The Guest! Wingard's new one, Onslaught (which takes place in the same universe as this film) is also out this Friday, so perfect timing for you to either re-watch or watch The Guest for the first time! You can catch this convo on here at the $5 tier & up!

And that'll do it for this week, folks! We're super-stoked to be back putting out shows for you all and cannot wait to reveal what we've got in store for WHM17, including the next Q3 commentary, our REDUX episode for Andrew's VHS Trailer Game victory, and more!

We hope our shows can provide some much-needed laughs and distraction as we all work our way toward the weekend once again! We thank you all so much for continuing to be the kick-ass supporters that you are, we truly couldn't do it without you.

Here's to another fantastic season,
