OK, you guys gotta stop being so Flippin funny because I keep drinking my cherry Coke and almost spitting it out. I’m so glad that there are other people on this planet that feel about the terminator that I do. Saw terminator two in the theater, maybe three or four times in a week, I had a huge crush on John Connor a.k.a. Edward Furlong but Man Man, the terminator is definitely one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time and definitely my favorite of the series now. Glad I’m not alone.

Sharon

And, if I remember correctly, Michael Biehn was also in the abyss. I think James Cameron had a crush on him lol

Chris Attrill

I don’t think 911 was nationwide in 1984 so perhaps Sarah was calling the police direct and that’s why she needed change??

Kureigu

I just checked the prime video xray thing with the tanker partners name and it does come up as David Hyde Pierce. So I googled it and the ai apparently thinks the actor is also called David Pierce and the Internet continues to this day to mix the two up but according to the imdb for The Terminator the tanker partner is played by a David Michael's (also known as Michels) and makes no reference to a Pierce so not only am I left wondering why the ai is lying to me I also don't know where this mix up on the xray came from lol

Jessie Drew

Yes 🖤 The We Love Movies eps are always a good time, thanks guys!

Erin Hardy

I have office hours tomorrow. How dare you make me choose between this and the impeachment hearings.

Paul

But what about “Dark Fate”??? Whaaat do you think of “Dark Fate”???

Christopher French

Wow, a LOT of older ep references in this one. I love it. And I need a Clockbot movie.

HockeenightsCT

Everyone on the train is gawking at me because I’m guffawing at my new favorite WHM character: Comic Con public address announcer

Melissa Cummings

I just watched The Terminator for the first time, and now I see I have to watch the sequel too. Loved the episode!

Cody Downs

They hated it. If you go to Andrew & Eric's Twitter, they both saw it in L.A. last week (during their West Coast tour) & both indicated it will be on their Worst of 2019 series

Jen L Greene

The announcer riffs cracked me up. Biehn’s table should’ve been set up next to the bathrooms. He is a trash bag full of crap.

Daniel Hood

Funny that Stephen mentioned that Michael Biehn looked like Solid Snake in the second future scene because well....he was on the cover of the Metal Gear NES game.

Zach Fazio

So excited for this episode. Can’t wait for Dark Fate on the worst of the year episodes!

Christopher Bruce

When you notice straight away that Gingers boyfriend is also Slider from Top Gun you know you've wasted your life and have never really known a woman...

Andy Ward

It's interesting how you talk about what it would be like to go into this movie completely fresh, it was even more so with T2, I saw it in cinemas (yes I'm old) and it would have been amazing to watch that *not knowing Arnie was the good Terminator this time*. But even then it was impossible, it was such a huge deal it was everywhere.

StevieWayne16

I remember my dad making me watch this on vhs as soon as it came out on video. I didn't understand it. Then I watched it again when 2 came out and i was so upset that I couldn't understand how John Connor existed if his father didn't exist in the 80's to father him so he could send him back.... I gave up and didn't go see 2. 🤣😩

StevieWayne16

This was a great episode thank you!

Lazar Jones

Love when Dick Miller is like, "Hey, just what you see here, pal." Like he's gettin bougie time travelers in his store every other week looking for plasma rifles.

Robert Young

WHM: *spends 20 minutes on Arnold's dick and butt* Also WHM: Eh I think nudity during that sex scene was a bit unnecessary. Okay.

Brian Tucker

Terminator porn parody. Live with me if you want to cum!!

Catboyslim

One of my all time favorite movies, thanks guys! I used to think T-2 was better than the first but I’ve changed my mind, T/1 is such a delicious slice of a 1980’s Action scifi movie. First the Shining and then this? An early Yule gift! Maybe you gentlemen would do a WLM on Blade Runner or Alien(s)? Thanks again!

Scott Jacob

What a thigh Slapper.. pun intended lol This ep is one for the ages. Thank you. My fiancée only hears your podcasts in snippets when she comes into the kitchen to tell me to turn it down because I’m laughing so hard and waking the baby. As we are massive fans of old terminators 1 and 2, I played this ep for her when we took a long drive and I’m pleased to say you have a new fan. High points for us: The hey buddy interruptions from Jesse Ventura, Linda Hamilton Mattaeu and Star of 1991’s Timebomb... Michael Biehn! Blew us out of the water. Massive Probs to you all.

luxmeansbucks

Hahahah, my thoughts exactly. Who would complain about seeing Linda Hamilton topless? 🤔

Alicia

“The sex scene was too long...” It’s seriously less than a minute! 😂 I mean... I wouldn’t have minded if it was longer...

Matthew Mariner

Dear lord the Biehn bit of him starving to death at a convention killed me.

Dungeon of Deadly Delights

Hey guys, just became a Patreon, and I fucking LOVE your content. But I have to correct you. I have been in film media for over ten years and actually know Michael Biehn. He is definitely still loved in the fan community, has a kid and an awesome wife, and is slumming in his massive house in Los Angeles. He is doing just fine. ;) No pizza scraps for this dude. Haha.

SECRETARIATguy

I really enjoy the opening title sequence in The Terminator.

Matt

I know I'm like a year late but I absolutely lost it for "email kimp"

Chris M.

I just re-listened and I fucking forgot how goddamn hilarious the "crushed nuts" bit is, had I not been at work I would have been cackling out loud the whole time. So good.

Always Flipping Late

The Tech-Noir shootout was brilliant because all 3 main characters meet at the time and not a word was spoken until the Terminator was blown through the glass window
