On this month's listener-requested entry in the Gleep Glossary, Eric and the guys all learn about Hohass Ekwesh,  an equestrian-leaning fighter pilot for the New Republic. Did Hohass get to wear a special pilot's helmet? What was with all that multiple brain stuff? What was the dong situation? And was he the New Republic's official morale booster? PLUS: RIP Admiral Ackbar's niece, apparently! Gleep Glossary: A Star Wars Story is a show where the guys try to honor the history and legacy of SW characters, most of whom we've been told don't matter anymore!

Thank you for continuing to support this weird, wild adventure we're on! You make this all possible!

There was a definite Ralph Fiennes joke missed - Wraith Five

A space horse that's not Beta Ray Bill?! I actually have all these books and nearly all the EU ones overall, but have never read them. Need to finally do so.

Frank Grimes

Whole ass huh? Great name there star wars

Eric Rational

I ate a tall glass o' water brownie earlier and this space horse nonsense is an excellent pairing.

TK

I'M UP TO MY NECK IN HORSE BLOOD!!!!! I am dying. ..

Had a lot of fun with this ep! I was astonished by the end of Hohass' tale. One thing that you may not be aware of is that Multiple Personality Disorder is a real condition, often brought on by trauma suffered in childhood, even if Hohass' version is more of the fictional 'tropey' variety. Again, loved the episode and I am DYING to hear you guys talk about the Snyder Cut! -HRJ

Real talk: the Wraith Squadron books were actually terrific (relative to most Star Wars EU content). They were funny and goofy as hell.

Alexander Farr

I like the episodes where Eric has to comb over the wookiepedia. Less rehashing of the movies and more absolute nonsense characters introduced as if we should know who they are.

Otelia Finnen

Fucking losing it at Heehaw Eggwash. Also this is a newbie question: why does Chris Cabin always say "ahoyhoy"?

Rhio2k

It's a fun way to say "Hello".

Brian

Mr. Burns answers the phone that way on The Simpsons.

Otelia Finnen

Thanks!! Never watched that show.

Wait a minute..... Hohass Ekwesh.....Horse Equine. So it turns out this guy’s name is just a wacky version of “Horse Horse”?
