Tribute—Standalone Demo is out! (Patreon)

Hey everyone,So after almost a decade of rebooting and failure for squeal little piggy. I finally have something to show this time.This is a standalone demo for Tribute. Which is effectively the successor to Squeal and now has an actual strong foundation to get me started.This demo is to showcase:- Pushing RPG maker MV out of its limit with 2K resolution to preserve the quality of my images- More detailed 94x48 sprite characters. No more chibi characters. Now you can enjoy more detail and proportions along with idle animations for the Dominas- The Quest system- The Tribute system- One new reaction time event- New lighting tech- New visual effects and sound design- New quick travel systemThere will be more systems coming in the first 1.0 release.Such as a character creator, a progression system with stats that will affect what you can or can't do, alone with a personal dungeon hub that you redecorate as you wish.A few disclaimers for this demo:1) This game will be more performance hungry than 3072AD. I suggest having it installed on an SSD drive for a smooth experience. If you still have perf issues, please turn off the light effects in the menu. 2) Because the camera is more zoomed in with the new sprite and map formats, mouse navigation may be a bit offset and wonky. I'll work on a fix for that, but for the time being I suggest using the keyboard to navigate with the character.3) As this is a standalone demo, savings on it should be carried to the first 1.0 release. It's meant to be its own thing for demonstration purposes.4) This demo will be released publicly once a first real 1.0 patch comes out.5) If your specs struggle to run the game, try to turn of the light effects in the options for a perf boost, or try the "potato version" of the game which forces it at a standed 1920x1080 resolution.6) For laptop users: make sure it runs on the dedicated GPU and not an integrated CPU one.
