GODZILLA X KONG: THE NEW EMPIRE (2024) FULL LENGTH MOVIE REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Comments

Mike

How? I didn't think this was out on streaming yet. I mean I'm cool sailing the high seas, I just don't want to get a copy some dude shot on an old 8mm Sony handicam

Draekor Targaryen

I saw this 3 times in theaters. It's just nonstop action and I fuckin love it!!!!!

Mike

Damn really? That shit on HBO? I laughed my ass off when he proceeded to weaponize a child and beat some ape ass swinging that poor kid like he was in a pillow fight.

Melissa Creel

WOW!! You guys are on a roll. Lovin every minute of it. Keep up the great work ..

Dee

I actually enjoyed this much more than I expected just because I liked the darker, more serious tone of the earlier Godzilla, but this was fun! I love Kong, but the raw, more instinct driven badassery of Godzilla is hard to top. I love that Godzilla does NOT fuck around🤣🤣 Also, I thought the gauntlet thing was super convenient too but at the same time, you would make sure it is in the outpost closest to Kong cause if he needs to go into battle, he needs it quick! That's how I'm justifying it lol

Ludus Aurea

How did you even watch the movie? When did it een release?

The Media Knights

Yeesss, the action in this was just such a thrill, and we loooved how many Kaijus we got in this! What a blast haha

The Media Knights

Lolll poor baby ape just catching strays, being tossed around like that and slamming against other apes must have hurt hella!

The Media Knights

Thank you so much for your kind words and support, you have no idea how much it means to us!

The Media Knights

Hahah Godzilla has absolutely no chill, and what cracked us up was Kong's panicked face, hands raised as Godzilla is charging at him. It just explains their dynamic all too well lmao! Also yeah, totally, the gauntlet thing needed to happen and you can tell they did not want to add another 20 minutes to the movie showing how they get it from 'up above' lol.

Jayskull

This movie definitely felt like a call back to the Showa era of the Godzilla films. Just a whole lot of crazy, over the top fun! Can't wait to see what they do with the next one! Wingard isn't coming back for it, apparently. So I don't know if the tone is gonna shift. But whatever it turns out to be, I'm gonna be there for it.. no doubt!

Tom

i love the fact that the little ape is the same size kong was in the skull island movie.

Angel

We share a love for Godzilla stories. I’d be curious to get y’all’s reactions to the Monarch series on Apple TV. So much monster back story and yet still so much mystery to unravel

Kyutoko

Every time I see the statue of Jesus in Rio De Janeiro, I can't help but think he's going "I caught a fish and it was THIIIIIIS big!"

Lee N.

I know someone mentioned the Monarch series in the comments already, but I'd like to voice my encouragement for a reaction to the series as I've seen all ten episodes this weekend after some hesitation. The second season is slated for early next year and I'm looking forward to it.
