IRON MAN 2 (2010) FULL LENGTH MOVIE REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Comments

Chase

I still can’t believe they put Elon Musk in this 😳, that’s wild!

Robert Robillard 🇨🇦

Hi 👋 Ari & Denise Thankyou for Reacting to "IRON MAN 2" will Watch it, Later Tonight, with your Reaction... All '3' IRON MAN Movies 🎬 are MY., Favorites in the MCU Universe.. Looking towards your Next Reaction.. Cheers 🍻 HUGs 🫂 🌻

PumpkinHat

All of the Iron Man movies were released pretty early on in the MCU. I always really liked this one. I've heard people say this isn't as good as some of the other movies in the MCU and while I agree, I think all of the Captain America movies are really good and the final two movies are really good I think this one is up there for me. My favorites are probably Infinity War and Winter Soldier.

PumpkinHat

Lol Ari that Terrance Howard dig made me spit my drink out. 😂

Stephanie

So, you're not reacting to Captain America? Or are you doing a different order?

Gabagoo

I know this is off topic from the MCU but you guys should do a reaction to the 2016 sequel to the Blair Witch

All due respect to Ari, Denise, most movie reacters, and the community but most seem to miss that in the beginning montage it fully explains that Anton Vanko worked with Howard Stark and actually helped design the original Arc Reactor which is why his name is on the original blue prints. Anton Vanko betrayed Howard Stark and was caught selling Stark Industry secret designs on the Black Market which led to him being deported back to Russia. When they are showing the press conference of Tony saying he is Iron Man, Anton says to his son Ivan, "That should be you" implying that he should be in the same position as Tony. I am a huge fan of Formula 1 and very familiar with the Monaco Grand Prix and the cars are without question the most advanced automobiles on the Planet. They are actually very easy to drive at normal type road or highway speeds. The race track scenes were actually filmed at Downey Studios in Downey, California. Originally permission was given to film at the actual Monaco Grand Prix but then Formula 1 CEO Bernie Ecclestone changed his mind and would not allow filming. The casting department for almost all the Marvel films was as close to perfect as it could have been! Of course RDJ was total perfection as Tony Stark! Not only does he look the part as portrayed in the comics but RDJ basically has lived the same character flaws that Stark also had in the comics. Sam Rockwell is an amazing actor and I believe the rumor that he has it in his film contracts that he is given scenes where he dances!! LOL Marvel did an incredible job of staying fairly true to the comic book arc in the comics that make up The Infinity Saga that comprise Phases 1-3! For fans of Mickey Rourke, if you have not seen his performance in the film "The Wrestler" please do, it is his Mona Lisa!!

The Media Knights

That’s what’s great about having 30+ movies in your saga. There’s something for everyone. This was entertaining we just wish they could’ve utilized the villain a bit more.

The Media Knights

Hey Robert! Hope you enjoy the watch! It’s great to hear you thoroughly enjoyed these movies 😁

The Media Knights

Wouldn’t mind going back to that at some point! Watching the first one was an interesting experience.

Stephanie

Never mind. I just checked the order. I thought Iron Man 2 was in phase 2.😅 But it comes even before the first Thor movie. Sorry.😊

Fantasy Land

you uploaded here first , its not on youtube yet. im very excited though cus i was literally just wondering when iron man 2 reaction would come out and here it is as i was just going on your patreon to see which movie to watch your full reaction to even if i already seen your reaction to it but that was the cut version

Fantasy Land

iron man 2 might be my favorite one

going2thearcade

I am PRAYING you guys watch Captain America Winter Soldier

AniLunchbox

Apologies if it's already been answered, I'm curious if you guys will be watching the one shots? Whether it makes it to YouTube or is just Patreon, might be cool supplemental material to enjoy. I'm most interested in your guys take on them compared to other reactors I've watched, from a story perspective and just as fans on a rewatch having access to all the content like credits and one shots that are easily missed, inserted after the fact, or people didn't even know existed the first time around.

Denise's reaction when she sees Elon Musk lmao

Sam Rockwell's best movie was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990, change my mind ;)

He wot? Who? What? What character? His 5 second role as a thug? lol, sure. I'm gonna go with either Guy from Galaxy Quest or Zaphod Beeblebrox from Hitch-hiker's Guide.

Donna Castellano

The next one in this phase is Thor. As much as i love Ari and Denise, I'm skipping that one. I hate that movie.

Donna Castellano

Rewatching this one after maybe 10 years, it's way better than I remembered. IM3 will always be my least favorite. I like the Tony character stuff, but the way they destroyed the Extremis storyline. It was one of the first IM stories I read and Warren Ellis is one of my favorite comic writers. (I've kind of hoped for a Transmetropolitan adaptation but not so much anymore. I doubt they could properly adapt Spider Jerusalem). At any rate, I was so disappointed. Wasn't a big fan of the -insert character here- crap either.

David Lonewolf Wright

That was the hottest of potatoes. I love how Sam Rockwell somehow gets some sort of dance scene in a lot of his movies.

Rashaan Butler

Hi guys. Just watched this with you yesterday. Enjoyed your reaction and the film. You may or may not realize this, but "Iron Man 2", "Incredible Hulk", and "Thor" comprise the mini time block known as "Fury's Big Week". In this particularly hectic timeframe the three films previously mentioned happen at around the same time, and various S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents are dispatched to quell these crisis. If you take a good look during Fury's debriefing with Tony at the end, you'll notice news reports about military action going down at Culver University. You'll know this as the place where Banner performed his experiments on Gamma Radiation, the place where he kept his data on said experiments, and the U.S. Military's second encounter with the Hulk. A couple of notes. Chronology within the MCU, Incredible Hulk takes place both within and after Iron Man 2. There also a comic book tie in and two Marvel One-Shots attached to this timeframe: "A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Thor's Hammer" and "The Consultant".
