KUNG FU HUSTLE (2004) FULL LENGTH MOVIE REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Comments

Bobby

Hell yeah. One of the funniest and all time favorites. Plus, 1st comment lol

Michael Rutter

Hey I was wondering which Brad Bird villain do you guys like more? Mansley from Iron Giant or Syndrome from Incredibles?

The Media Knights

We prefer Syndrome. He's evil but he's also kinda likable in a way. You can see all the potential he could've had as a hero which makes it even more tragic.

Jordan Williams

Back when we were still living in the Bronx, my mom bought a Bootleg DVD of this movie when it first came out! Came home with a bunch of snacks too lol that night was definitely a core memory.

logan wojtal

I didn’t expect 2 movie reactions within a day. I expect because of Wednesday is coming out in the next 5 hours.

Michael Rutter

Good opinion. Also do you guys have any plans to watch mask of Zorro?

The Media Knights

We won't be covering Wednesday S2 at least not immediately since we will not be home at the time Part 2 drops.

Donna Castellano

Looking forward to this one. Curious as to when you were continuing on with the MCU rewatch? I know Thor 2 is next but I am so excited to rewatch my favorite mcu movie with you - Winter Soldier.

Xtract-Rises

What a fun experience! another movie you should watch is Shoalin Soccer, also directed and starring Stephen Chow lots of funny moments and great scenes.

Draggy5635

In the area of Asian films loud call for "Memories of Matsuko/Kiraware Matsuko no Isshō" by Tetsuya Nakashima from Japan. Hidden gem telling the story of a woman's life. The only thing I could loosely try comparing it to would be Forest Gump. Tragic, fun and heartfelt, but also ridiculously over the top! (And as aslways silently pushing for triple Oscar Winner "La vita è bella" with and by Roberto Benigni from Italy ❤)

Apus7777

Now you gotta do - Shaolin Soccer made by the same director Stephen Chow

VirulentFactor

Humbly requesting the Tmnt 2007 animation movie highly slept on film

SirMadsen

Yes! Please tell me you have this on your list?

Agus Waskito Aji

Maybe in future both of you can watch ip man as well..good martial art movie with good character and story telling

michael cross

The Media Knights

Thanks for that recommendation, sounds right up our alley! Adding it to our list!!

The Media Knights

Oh we've been hearing so many amazing things about Ip Man, it's on our list! Can't wait to get to that one! Thank you for the recommendation!

The Media Knights

Adding that to our list, thank you so much for the recommendation!

The Media Knights

Thank you so much for joining us, we appreciate you! The return to the MCU is imminent, so stay tuned! It's closer than you think haha

The Media Knights

That one's on our list now, this one was such a blast, we can't wait to check out more of Stephen Chow's work!

The Media Knights

Thank you so much for that recommendation, it sounds wonderful! Adding it to our list! La Vita e bella is on our list, and we have to get to that asap!

The Media Knights

Ahahha the 'you can do it if you believe' trope will always lure us in because it's just too good 🤣 This movie did that so well, and we had so much fun with this!

The Media Knights

Hi Robert, thank you so much for always bringing in the good vibes! We had so much fun with this, and are so excited to share our reaction with y'all! We hope you enjoy! Sending all the hugs!

Musashinoya

Hello! I just joined your patreon after watching a bunch of your YT videos, wanted to say thank you for the amazing reactions and analysis! Also wanted to suggest a movie. Its called Taegukgi: Brotherhood of War. Its an amazing war film that is set during the Korean War, made my 10 year old self cry like a baby by the end. I'd even say its Korea's version of Saving Private Ryan.

Rumicus

I can't wait to see the reaction on youtube!!!

Charles Schafer

Finally went Patreon, guys! Looking forward to the fun. 😁 Pls watch Dark City, directed by Alex Proyas, who also directed The Crow, 1994. Dark City is an amazing cult classic! Don't deprive yourselves of this experience! DIRECTORS CUT ONLY! don't ruin it for yourselves..that would be 😢

Robert Robillard 🇨🇦

Charles Schafer

Works for me! Lots of content I haven't seen yet so.. I'm good! 👍😁

PDC717

Is this one going to be on YouTube eventually?

Ludus Aurea

Martial arts choreographer Yuen Woo Ping worked on both this and the Matrix so they have a connection through more than both being wuxia movies. You’ll notice a lot of the scenes look familiar like at the end when he’s kicking people in the air is reminiscent of Neo kicking all the Smiths around.

Juan Martinez

I have a question about the volume of the content. YouTube usually has en excellent volume at, at least on my tv, 22, but when i play your channel, to level up to the same volume level as YouTube default, I have to raise it to level 50. Are you guys controlling that or is it YouTube??

Nowhere Man

Gotta love a movie that mocks its own genre. :P
