They tried to explain it by saying electro absorbed massive amounts of data as he was dying. So even though he never knew who Spidey was I guess the data was sufficient for the spell to work on him as well

C'mon.... The Eternals hasn't mattered at all in the MCU since it came out. To the point where they have made an effort to completely ignore what happened in it as much as possible. They knew what they did with that movie and knew that it was better to pretend it never happened. Swing and a miss.

Thanks for a great reaction video to No Way Home! I love this movie and the brilliant idea of giving a multiverse explanation for the different Spider-Men. Brings all the stories into one amazing story! I would love to see your reactions to some other films whenever you can get to them. I think you'll enjoy these if you haven't seen them: The Dead Zone, based on a Stephen King story and starring Christopher Walken with Tom Skerritt. Also, Road to Perdition starring Tom Hanks, Daniel Craig, Stanley Tucci, and Jude Law in a great villain role. Please check them out!

Oh yeah had a great time with it, I'm really liking how Destin Daniel Cretton has been doing these movies so far and how he handles the stories and characters after Shang Chi and BND. Bit sad his new season of Wonder Man got apparently cancelled even after being greenlit recently but still really excited for the future stuff he's working on and all the characters and story arcs teased after this one

I don't care about the "nostalgia bait" honestly. If it's well, then it's well done. It never was the gripe I had with this movie (Mind you, I don't hate it either, I still had quite a good time. It's not a hate comment, so bear with me, I'll just explain what I mean XD). The problems I have with this movie is that there are objective flaws within the storyline which gives me a hard time being immersed, because I can't close my eyes on obvious scenarium. Whether if the story has strong moments or not (Which it does I can defintely give it that), if I have a hard time believing the story because of the scenarium that was used, I'm still less invested than I should be if they did it correctly. And I'm not even talking about realism. Like you said, it's a superhero movie, I'm not here for "realism". But that doesn't mean the movie also has a free pass on logic and consistency. Realism and logic/consistency are very different things. And most events in this movie happens because of a lack of logic at key moments of the story (For exemple, Dr. Strange's spell and how he does things in the first place with it and Peter. They could've definitely handled that better, among other things). Which is definitely not a new problem for Marvel movies, so it's not surprising really, but it's still an existing flaw nonetheless. I appreciate the effort they put in this, and what they tried to do. I really do. Like you said, they weren't forced to do any of this. But it doesn't mean that I have to say the movie is perfect and stay silent about its flaws. The movie definitely has his own strengths, again I'm not saying it's a bad movie or hating on it, I wanna make that very clear. It's simply that there is some flaws present, and they should be aknowledged. Otherwise, how can they do better next time? Still a good movie in general. Again, I had a good time nonetheless. I just wanted to point out what I talked about ^^

There are actually plenty of channels that do this, with regards to movies. And that's because the companies who make these movies pay people to actively search for and copyright strike people. So, some folks just do what the Media Knights do - offer the watch-a-long to sync. This is hardly an uncommon thing and not exclusive to the MK. Hope that clears things up for you.

It comes down to greed. I am a paid subscriber to many others that are bigger channels that do movie reactions and if you pay for patreon you get full unedited video and have been doing movies and series that way for years without blurring them and without strikes. Copyrights do not work the same way on Patreon and Youtube. I had a music reaction channel at one point so I am not blind to how this works. They get paid by a company so it's not their channel, they are just the faces on screen for a bigger greedier business. When you argue to justify this when I can compare to people with the same size following or more and been at it longer with no blurring, Then I know it can be done, and when it is not, it greedy people who want to you pay for their dull blurry patreon and pay for the steaming service too. So all you get for you Patreon is their commentary and nothing else. They are that damn interesting that I would want to pay just to watch them talk to a blurry screen.

Amazing Spider-Man was a great callback to him being amazing. His story was my all-time favourite, and I hope he can save his Gwen. Miles was hinted at there, after all, and I look forward to him changing the multiverse. Well, at least I pray he can save their timelines.
