Just to give you some inspiration for the future.
Warhammer 40k canonized weight gain inflation by making a realm for the chaos god slaanesh (the god of pleasure and excess) which is 6 circles of pleasure
The 2nd in particular is the circle of gluttony, which is FULL of feasts, rivers of wine, and islands full of fruits where the whole purpose is if you dare partake of ANY of it you either A. Give in and start gorging everything until you cant anymore or B. You only eat the one and slowly gain weight and expand until you’re an immobile blob
