Eren has grown alot through this season (every characters on the poll in fact), but our boy come to the point where he know that he is important, he need to be saved if anything happen to him and we know that will be a big point soon enough

I don't feel like Historia grew up much at all. Sure, she stood up to her dad, carried on about hating Humanity, and being the "worst girl in the world", but then goes on to tell Eren that no matter what, when someone says they're not needed or w.e, she'll always help them. She was already like that. Already putting herself before others and doing good. Not to mention, she decides to be Queen after being told she basically has no choice by Levi (again, I wish they adapted this scene like the manga). It's always "my duty" this, "my duty" that. Even after thinking back to Ymir and standing up to her father, she still let others dictate her choices. Too much backwards forwards, instead of just forward, imo.
