Let’s goooo. Peakkk

DAI

No, peak is far far away in the future season2!!

Shadow

The manga was decently popular. Not like a super popular one but Shonen Jump(the company that published a Naruto and other Shonen) have been pushing it for awhile. Crunchyroll really marketed this anime too. Trying to boost it to that next level of popularity

AlucardIV

Have mercy you guys! It’s past midnight on the other side of pond. You can’t just drop peak… well whatever it’s Saturday anw.

a_daichi

Yesss! I’ll have to wait until after work but I’m so sad it’s almost over

Stairguy

Yes. The answer is yes

WhynefineT

Better than chainsaw man?

Hector

Just when i thought the show blue balled me enough with cliff hangers, now i have to wait for the reacts too??? :c

Troy

You guys are misunderstanding, she is a gun expert in general, so the pistol is still very powerful. Remember how much a suit buffs guns/weapons. But yeah I’m not sure how much it would have done even if she is the best gun user in the verse from what we have seen

bebe

okay we are getting haikyu soon YAY

DAI

You know what the funny thing is? This anime was heavily criticized for its "bad character designs". Apparently the studio changed/modified each main characters design a bit here and a bit there, the Japanese fans of original manga went crazy lol. After reading the original mangas, I kinda get what they are saying but can you imagine this is the anime with the "bad design"? (well yes, the characters in manga looks even cooler. Like No.8 is even Kaiju like, Reno is even cool looking, Kikoru is even cockier and bossier with more cool look, she looks plain in the anime version.)

DAI

Oh wait, I just realized. Since this is the secret revealing episode, it means the GOAT is showing up in the next!!!

Kite

punching a nuke is crazy

AnonX

I believe that the manga is almost over (at least with the way things are going) with a bit more than 100 chapters, and the 1st season adapted close to 40 chapters. My guess is that we have at least 2 more seasons coming. Things are gonna scale a bit, guys. One thing that I believe you might have missed is that we haven't seen the entire JSDF yet. This is one of the divisions. Season 2 will expand a bit on that. Hopefully, next season won't take too long to come out.

lola

YESSSSSS 😭🫶 TURN IT UP! WAS WAITING FOR THIS ONE!!

Niffol

Its a relatively new manga. about 3 years still running.

Niffol

some 130 chapters so far

Enma

Those weapons remind me of quinques from Tokyo Ghoul.

KilaNIX93

Can we get a reaction to Mina in DUB!! Saying "Damnit, Kaiju #8"

lola

Y’all are not ready for what’s coming… the manga is absolutely COOKING. Real PEAK is coming in season 2-3. Just you wait!! 😭🫶

Valen

I skydived this morning -> came home -> got mcdonalds -> FOUND RARE EXTRA MCDOUBLE WTIH 5 DOLLAR MEAL -> take a few blinkers on the benjamin -> kaiju 8 episodes life is good mans

Riley

Dreams really do come true

Zechree

I've been a manga reader for over 2 years now, I picked it up on chapter 18. The anime in my opinion does the action so well. Truly an amazing series with clear influences that definitely comes into its own.

Nico

Hoshina is such a goat.

Kp__

Goddamn i love this show

LuvStarburst

This show is so freaking good and I can't wait to see how the story goes into the next season.

O

I understand your concerns with how the story is progressing but I promise you not to worry, matter of fact just boot the next 2 episodes up please....PLEASE

Mysterious Figure

Aren't you guys excited that after all this interesting kaiju action and mystery what you have to look forward to is several seasons of... boys playing volleyball... 💀💀💀

T.Yaseen

this show is so good...need season 2 ASAP

Big Papi

The manga had some good marketing from the beginning and has remained pretty popular through the past few years. Tho, it's on a bi-weekly release schedule with 2 week break every 3 chapters, so the manga story isn't too far ahead of where the anime ends

yio

I need them to pardon Kafka, he saved an unprecedented amount of lives Also I heard the manga falls off around chapter 50 which sucks cause this first season is pretty good

goblin.bones

The manga has definitely been super popular for a while and maintains the hype, but the anime dropping definitely gave it that extra edge when it came to explosive popularity/hype :~)

lola

Alright drop the next 2 eps 😭🫶 pleaseeeeeeeee

bebe

come on drop the last ones now 🥹

lola

PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE

Pavlo

hes just standing there.... menacingly
