Without seeing the full episode my guess is that Jayce is the mage/wizard at the beginning in s1e1 and goes back in time to help himself. When he fell down the cave his staff looked very similar to the one in s1e1

If they want to do it properly anything below 5-6 years wont work. MMO's are ESPECIALLY difficult to develop for many reasons which i think i dont need to cover here. Better is probably more towards 8 years if you want to have decent amount of content on release (unlike e.g. New World, which downfall is in part due to lacking content)

also, I do enjoy bitter endings, I usually get very emotional with those types of moments like I literally cry with almost everything sad but somehow all these deaths had no emotional impact to me.

yeah, specially because the first 6 episode did hit for me, also I really liked episode 7, and enjoyed most of episode 8. It's the final episode and the way they "concluded" some storylines that I didn't really enjoy that much.

You’re not wrong to feel what you’re feeling. Many fans are coming around to finally voice their criticisms to a once perfect show. It’s 10 percent flawed but still 100 percent beautiful. And I think that’s a very fair score to give something that is still my favorite thing of all time.

The writing in terms of story beats and plot in the last two episodes were really good in my opinion, but the pacing just made it impossible to feel the impact for me. The beats weren't given appropriate time to breathe, it was just one thing after another in order to wrap up the plot in the 9 episodes that were allotted. It made it feel like one big fever dream

Gotta remember Jayce made it with Viktor's help. Jinx is shown to have outsmarted em in few occasions like when she was able to utilise the hex gem for her rocket on her own. Her, plus their mentor heimerdinger plus Ekko, they're capable of reproducing what they could.

I can see a few returning for small roles in the next Arcane equivalent, but I really doubt most. If it was most there would be a third season. One of the co-creators said they want to give other League characters the same treatment as Jinx and Vi, they won’t be able to do that if the next series stays in Piltover/Zaun again.

I love how ekko is just over here living his best life, and then it Jayce is having his worst 😭 in a way tho, it's what both of them had in their original timeline. Jayce was the wonder boy, got the girl of his dreams. While ekko lost his family and had been fighting for his life.
