DOUBLE EPISODE YES!!!👑👑👑

A.G

PEAK

Alex Ramirez

Nice but I'm still waiting on Alice in Borderlands finale 😭

testing 44u328

Really suggest you watch op 1 before season 3. Has no spoilers but it’s important to the plot

LaYami・砂漠の子

istg i have been watching mob with yall for 6-7 hours straight now, i dropped this show 2 times from the first 3 minutes of the 1st ep and now i just finished season 2 ep 1 with yall, once I watch all the reactions ill continue alone i cant waittt

_croissant_

DOUBLE EPISODE DROP LETS GOO

April

FINALLY, PEAK

kuza

peaakkkkk ep 5 defo top 3 episodes in the show imo

kuza

if not 1

KingRat

I'm so glad they did these two episodes together! They work so well together that it just feels wrong to split them up, like a very short movie. Plus, it meant I got to see their reaction to episode 5 sooner which is absolute peak Mob Psycho lol!

GreetswithJudgement

It’s because Arataka Reigen is GOATED. I would hate the show without him.

A.G

One piece 151 and mob s2e5 in one day? 🔥🔥🔥

KenpachiKam

debatably the most peak animation when ALSO combo'd with peak writing on humanity and the will to change. I can never think of a crazier fight / mini arc in any other anime done in just like 2 episodes and so ridiculously amazing both with an insane fight and a beautiful message.

Enma

Its actual insane how much is packed into this season, we havent even seen half of it yet and there is soo much stuff left, so excited and hyped. God I love this show, thanks for the double upload 😁😁

april 🍏

I love Mob so much 🥹 next 2 eps should be a double drop as well js

Zu

Thursday has to be a double drop or else I'm calling the feds

NINJA SWORD

Oh you thought this was peak? It gets even better I promise.

Amare D.

MOB IS PEAK OMG!!

Enma

I really liked the messaging in this episode, which is also one of the main overall themes of the series, that it’s never too late to change, and that there are people out there who are willing to help you. They really nail how important it is to have those people around and how crucial having a support system is, especially during your formative years, like we see here with Mob. He says that he is blessed and grateful for those who have helped him change and become a stronger, kinder, and better person. Because if he can change, then everyone can. And without them, who knows what type of person he would've been. But it goes both ways, Mob is also helping/helped those around him change as well, like Reigen, his brother, Hanazawa, some of the Claw members, the daughter, and even Dimple, among many others. Overall, just an amazing set of episodes. Every episode tackles different but connected issues and does so greatly and with incredible animation.

M1GZ

I know y’all don’t usually do two double drops but the next two just gotta go together

Frida BØ

I already loved this show up until this point but these episodes really made it stand out even more to me

SaltyFish

At least they do come through with the double when needed.😎

forthwanderer

wow. these two episodes significantly changed me as a person. their is no way these two episodes would have worked without the other episodes leading up to this point. I also like how even though reigan and dimple are super opportunistic, because of mob’s naiveness, or compassion really, it has really brought out the best in both of them to use those opportunistic tendencies for good. he helped them change. mob the goat man

Frizen

Some cool info since you said it looked like Sukuna vs Mahoraga. Ep 5 was in fact done by the same people as Jogo vs Sukuna and Sukuna vs Mahoraga.

Garlic

You know everyone was locked in when they all sat up and leaned forward.

Shiro

I think the reason why Mob looks different in the spirit world is because how he visualizes himself affects his appearance (at least that is what Mogami said when Shigeo entered the girl's body). So when Dimple tells Mob how his Tsubomi-chan will be so disappointed, he views himself as a muscular guy (with a flower on his head), the very reason he joined the Body Improvement Club to look cool to her. Also, that is why his eyes and animation style change when he reaches 100% of courage, he views himself in a positive light in that world at that moment.

Niffol

Fuullmetal Mob, felt like the inside of a philosopher stone

Mr.Flakes3

As someone who has seen all of Mob so far, (not sure if more is coming out) I some how dont remember much of season 2. How could I not remember these episodes? They are absolutely insane so far.

WhynefineT

This is made by the same team of animators that did Sukuna vs Mahoraga

Goldyz

Mob ended, season 3 was the finale

Mr. John Kagurabachi

Same. I legit remember the 2nd half of season 2 and season 3. But I have no memories of these two episodes wtf LOL.

kivu_king

season 2 of mob is one of the greatest seasons of anything, just remembering the stuff that is about to come up is exciting

Cutebaldman

Idk why but when i watch on mobile i can’t go full screen

snoobcat

If you’re on iPhone use the bottom right button to open it on safari you’ll be able to do it

kkcat

When Dimple goes: "Wait actually who are you?" To pretty boy Mob it just takes me tf out 😂😂. That moment lives rent free in my head it's so funny to me.

MissJodles

Guys I’ve had such a hard week but your reactions to these episodes put the biggest smile on my face. Everyone leaning forward on the couch shouting at the screen, this is what it’s all about 🫶 Mob is truly one of the greatest shows ever, full of so much heart and truly fantastic life lessons. The fight in this episode is just elite, I’m soooo happy you guys finally got around to seeing it and love it as much as we all do!

kkcat

The Voice Actor for Mogami is Akira Ishida who voiced Kaworu from Evangelion, Gaara from Naruto, and Akaza from Demon Slayer 👍

kkcat

Welcome to peak 👏

kkcat

It's cause there is just so much peak in season 2 you can't contain it all at once at first watch lmao

kai

the way it gets even better after this is insane

kkcat

"Just as happiness shines in the shadows of sorrow. Only in the darkest depths of fear does courage truely shine."

Balzhan

These episodes are sooo good! And these aren’t even the best ones in my opinion. Mob is cooking non stop😌

CastSenpai

Insanely goated fight and animation, you see new things every time you watch it. So much detail and movement. Craziest part is this is only one of like three goated episodes this season.

jrnoodles

Thank you! I forgot this show is so wholesome. Mob is best MC.

Jenny D

Glad you guys decided to watch these two episodes together. I wonder if that guy from the organization will be a problem later. Reigen missed out on a big reward! That cult got it instead. I'm looking forward to the next episode

Aelym

2:34 Saitama on lower left corner😆

lian

i love this show so much man

Herber

This was peak wow

Dasha

Cannon turning everything he touches into a spinner is sending me out

Dasha

next two episodes are my favorite in this show except for season 3 finale

Dasha

Mob will be forever in my top 3 no matter what. Literally every next episode, season, opening is better than the previous one. Can't wait to see your opening reactions. I don't know another show where every opening is a masterpiece

Dasha

Also I think it's a good thing that this show is not as popular as you want it to be. I've never seen a mob hater in my life. When show gets very popular it's doomed to acquire a certain percentage of haters and I'd never want this for Mob. Amount of hate towards one piece is already too big for my fragile heart, if I ever see a mob hater I'm gonna reach 100% and explode

Fgts Editing

Episode 5 was directed and storyboarded by the same guy that did the Sukuna vs Mahoraga ep (Hakuyu Go) so no wonder its incredible

Mitch

Rewatching this season, it might be top 5 anime seasons ever. And we still have several peak moments left to come. Unreal.

HaoHao 9

Yep, also why a lot of the same animators worked on them. Him and a lot of those animators worked together on OPM and then started working together on a bunch of things. He's also directed an episode of MHA season 1, an episode of Fate/Apocrypha, and the second Fate Grand Order Camelot movie.

Pudding

Wow. Just wow. Peak. I’m shook.

kiiturii

man. One of my favorite set of episodes in all media. It's SO good in every single way. I'm so glad to see you guys experience this for the first time

kiiturii

Akira is my GOAT I completely forgot he was in this too, what a pleasant surprise. He also voices the protagonist in persona 3 reload along with another character (spoilery). I absolutely love his voice, it goes so well with the mysterious somewhat villainous but not pure evil type of character

kiiturii

the avengers of animation

kiiturii

they said this is the only drop this week because it's a doublr

Julio Martinez

Yall gotta watch MHA or JoJo i swear it's just as hype

Miitei

Hearing you guys saying that Mob is underrated again, it made me remember that one time that an USA politician was accusing Google of censorship because when he searched for "Mob" little cutie Shigeo was the one showing up instead of a mob, it went viral for a little lol

Cannon Andrus

Such a freaking bar. We went on afterwards and watched that scene again

Teaq

Sameeeee

notchrisramirez

AS IM READING this comment with their outro playing in PIP, I look at the video and Cannon is spinning the controller.

notchrisramirez

Just to show you how great this season is: I COMPLETELY forgot about this 2 ep. arc because of some other episodes in this season. Only until they got to the mansion did I remember the absolute PEAK that we were going to witness.

Alexa

JoJo definitely

Ninjinzo

to clarify the '???' moment, he basically destroyed that whole pocket dimension

MissJodles

🥹🫶 Thanks besties, you’re all curing my heartbreak!

kkcat

He's been mysterious yet villainous ever since he voiced Xellos in Slayers! I absolutely love him.

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

I think the animation was great but the very end of the fight felt so bland. The fight with Hanazawa was much better ended.

sil 🧸ྀི

mob psycho 100 is def studio bones's favorite child

mina

same

sil 🧸ྀི

the reigen love fills me up with joy bc yes he's soooo cool and you just grow to adore him sm alongside mob and dimple like their little trio is the best

Nah I’d win

Bro watching this alongside Solo Leveling gives me whiplash lol. This is just so much fucking better

Nah I’d win

Oh wow I never realized that, epic.

Nah I’d win

Wow now that you mention it they totally look similar in terms of animation/art style

Nah I’d win

The only complaint I’ve ever seen mentioned by people is that they couldn’t get into it because of the art style at the beginning.

Michael H

These episodes make me want you guys to react to Legion! It’s live action but sooo good. It’s really weird and trippy, though, so there’s probably not a big audience for it 😔

billmunny

This is probably one of my favorite arcs in the show. We see that mob has so much self-control and can even overcome in the darkest moments. He is truly beginning to realize the influence other people had on him, and more importantly his influence on others. Mob is slowly finding his identity which is really cool as a viewer to watch

Destiny Samuel

Watching you guys react to this made me go back and rewatch this season, and holy shit y'all- you're not ready! Definitely in for a treat with the rest of this season. You'll know when the plot locks in.

Kevin Herzberg Rivas

I believe the reason Reigen doesn't pay Mob much isn't because he undervalues his assistance, but rather because he deeply values the nature of the work they do together. As mentioned in an earlier episode, Reigen surprisingly doesn't charge much for his services, almost nothing compared to the other psychic businesses. This stems from his belief that money should be earned based on the true value of his help, so he only accepts payment in proportion to how much he feels he has genuinely assisted his clients. I personally also like to think that Reigen deliberately keeps his prices lower than usual as a way to compensate for the fact that he has to lie to his clients. We've seen that he actually values honesty, so it’s likely that he feels guilty about the lies he tells. Lowering his prices might be his way of making peace with that, ensuring that his clients aren’t being taken advantage of financially, even if his methods are questionable. As a result, his small business doesn’t generate a large profit to begin with, and most of the income likely goes toward keeping the business running and improving its quality. In fact, we've never seen Reigen use any of the money for himself. Additionally, since he sees himself as a role model for Mob, he likely wants to instill the belief that work should be done not for financial gain, but for the good it brings to others. And ultimately, that’s one of the biggest lessons Mob has learned from Reigen: to strive to be a genuinely good guy. In a way, Reigen is basically having Mob do charity work in his free time, but we know better than anyone just how much that has helped him grow. Just imagine if Mob approached every job thinking only about how much money he’d make—he’d be a completely different person. Instead, thanks to Reigen’s influence, Mob has learned to focus on doing good for others, rather than just seeking personal gain.

JaJa

I knewwwww it was Gaara's VA

JaJa

That was mad funny lmao. I love Dimple

0Cthulhu0

we need more mob

studiogek

I randomly watched season 1 and 2 back in the day like 2017, such a trippy weird show lol but I remember it being good

Jude

Really? I thought it was a great way just to show how powerful Mob is. Mogami pushed him all the way to his ???% form and when he gets into that form Mob destroys the fake reality with ease.

Mr. John Kagurabachi

Mob would never turn evil for some bum ass reason. School shooter sasuke could learn a thing or two from him.

kuza

dont know how takes like this even exist

Ninaly

ERIC TRUMP LMAO

Mr. John Kagurabachi

any chance we get 6 and 7 together? Those episodes tie-in with each other just like 4 and 5.

trinhpxl

i rarely am able to support patreons and such, but when i can (like now) i dont regret it lol. ive been loving your guys reactions bc its like introducing friends i know to media i love, and i dont often get those chances, so these reactions fill my void of watchparties with friends LMAO. anyways, i loved how involved yall got during the fight lmfao 😭😭 everyone locked tf in and all leaned up towards the screen. i love your guys reactions !

Sasha (Yare Yare Daze)

Yea. But I still thought that moment you mentioned was very bland compared to the ending of the Hanazawa fight.

Janina

I’m excited for the next two episodes 😎

Marcus D

Nah, it’s Gaara and Akaza from Demon slayer.

Marcus D

The powerful spirit possessing the girl is Voiced by Gaara and Akaza from Demon slayer.

Marcus D

Especially when they gave it an extra season instead of adapting 4 more epsiodes worth of manga left in the second season.

Marcus D

This season has a top 5 fight in all of anime for me.

Marcus D

Not Trump’s son 😭😂

Marcus D

But wow I never knew this and I was watching mob weekly, appreciate it!

sil 🧸ྀི

they wanted to give mob a grand and epic goodbye and they DID 🙏🏼🙂‍↕️

Michael H

@Studio Gek Nice. Yeah, the more I think on it, it is probably a terrible choice for reactions lol. As much as I loved it, it is definitely one of the weirdest shows out there.

Dasha

W comment

Dasha

I get chills every time I see ???

Betsy

Yay today's Mob Day! I love our sweet precious boy. And I really like the next episode. 🥰🤗

Cyrus

According to the director of the anime adaption, The animators were given a lot of freedom, which definitely shines through in the show. Season 3 even wrapped up all of its production before it started airing which is unheard of in the anime industry. Favourite child indeed

sil 🧸ྀི

they love mob so much 🥹 no one could have done a better job than bones tbh

kaitlin s.

so excited to see that this one is a double episode upload. also EXTREMELY hype for when you guys get to episode 6 & 7. no spoilers, of course, but it's probably my favorite plot line of the whole series and i know i'm not alone there.

kimwa

these 2 episodes is what made me watch mob. i watched them out of order then went back to the beginning for a proper start LOL. idk what took over me because i don't normally do that but i heard such great things that i couldn't help it.

kkcat

That's not Uchi it's Ishida. Industry veteran and sempai

Red Robin

6&7 are sooo good so excited for you guys to watch

Teaq

6&7 are some of my absolute faves. I'm so excited for the reactions!

eric

Honestly crazy I can say this but I forgot about this fight. Mob just goes that hard I guess.

Cannon Andrus

This comment made my freaking day

Nigos The Titan

I completely forgot how insanely animated this episode was

celery

wait really he sounded kinda like gojo to me

Marcus D

Yep, didn’t sound like Gojo to me.

DonDuh103

That was an insane ep!

goldleader42

Mogami Keiji's VA is the same as Akaza (Demon Slayer) and Gaara (Naruto)

Vallll

I was afraid that I’ll be disappointed after all the hype for these episodes, so it took me a long time to watch them, but they’ve surpassed by expectations.

Brandon Diaz

"he's frickin silver surfer" lmao

Sari-chan

Just wow. After all your cheering my ears are dead, and the fight got me visually impaired lo Nothing will ever be this wowing. Also bars!!! Very inspiring episode

This is Daniel

I remember watching episode 5 when it aired. I cried, was very moved by the character development.
