Peak incoming!! Everything about this episode is amazing and well-balanced. I get emotional everytime and can't help but shed tears... Mob really has a way with resonating with people and bringing back the light to others. He's a healer and nurturer. That's why I love him. 🥰 Gosh, I really love this show so freaking much. The message behind this show is so impactful and meaningful. To me, everything flowed beautifully in this finale. I could go on and on but I won't sorry guys I kind of rambled lol

beannie

Scared Cannon

LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

glorious timing

Con

The last season is one of the greatest endings I have ever seen to an anime, if not the greatest considering I have not watched many that have ended.

ROSS

Miitei

Thanks for the early drop, I have something to look forward for my lunch break ❤️

kai

they cooked so hard for this finale

Rouz

Seeing Mob influencing other people into changing and being a better version of themselves is so satisfying . cause in other shows when the mc gets to people hearts or influence them on a way or another are kinda forced they don’t really get it

M1GZ

NO SPOILERS in all of the openings and endings please watch before end of s3 plssssss

RH

Y’all have to watch the Season 1 intro before Season 3

kivu_king

S1 9/10 very good on rewatch, s2 10/10 peak. Claw boss handshake after being taken in, Shimazaki aura farm vs everyone and mob + reigen reunion were my fav moments of the season.

mina

we love to see it🤩✨

Boi

Real af, mob is so fucking PEAK

Melizé

Yess! Glad you're enjoying it ❤️

jrnoodles

Thanks! My MC :')

Balzhan

Totally agree! it's so good

Balzhan

I can’t believe we finished season 2 already🥹 such a good show, so wholesome. I always feel happy after watching mob, positive emotions flowing. Very excited for season 3!😊

jessiefungirl

😌✋👈🤙👆👊🖐👍We're here to make a better tomorrow so this is perfect for you! (Reigen's hand shenanigans are one of my favorite anime things too, Carter!)

Dasha

geks in the beginning thinking mob will need someone's help like he isn't a one punch man of this universe

MissJodles

Carter saying “This is one of the best things I’ve ever seen” … guys we’ve made it 😌 And it’s not even over yet 🫶

MissJodles

Real!! We LOVE to hear this Cannon 🫶🫶🫶 All our votes in the polls were soooo worth it (I feel like I’m 2 for 2 voting Haikyuu and Mob so far)

Mantis

This was the last episode of the season! The extra ep is probably the OVA, which is a new episode that wasn’t in the manga (but was made with the help of the author!) so it’s its own thing. It’s a very good middle ep to season 2 and 3 though, with some great Serizawa development!

Mantis

The moment after the mid card is always jarring, it really gives the audience the same feeling Mob is feeling. Confusion and unbalance. Then by the end all the confusion is gone, it’s really great!

Mantis

Also remember, this is the end of season 2 but there’s a whole new season, more things will be explained and expanded upon! Saying anything else would be spoilers (:

Ninaly

HI GEKS!! PLEASE WATCH OVA NEXT (this might be the extra episode you thought this season had) The First Spirits and Such Company Trip - A Journey that Mends and Heals the Heart and Soul Though this wasn't in the original canon, the manga author wrote this OVA and it was animated as an original story taking place after Season II. I think it's great for getting used to the new dynamic at Reigen's office, and I haven't heard of a single watcher that didn't enjoy it. Glad you guys loved S2 as much as we did. :)

Jenny D

I believe this is the last episode of this season. The other one is an OVA which i plan to watch. I enjoyed this last episode, but I'm still wondering what's next. I like Jack's theory that maybe Mob will be his own foil in the next season? It'd be cool to focus on him getting better control of his emotions. I'm excited to start the next season!

Ninaly

Oops I didn't refresh comments so I've basically just repeated Mantis' comment

april 🍏

I love how when Mob faces these powerful ESPers, the thing that is driving their selfish pursuits is always their sole reliance on their powers and the inability to see value in the people around them. Then their power starts taking over at some point and just feeds off of their pride. But when they meet Mob, who has an insane amount of power for an ESPer but never lost his ability to see the value in the people around him, it winds up shifting their whole perspective. Always brings me back to episode 5 of this season. That people can change, and we also have the power to change others 🥲

RH

ALSO the next episode is actually an OVA (I think..), this episode is the actual finale of Season 2

SaltyFish

It's actually pretty simple. Mob just absorbed the energy and they were put into the seed making a huge broccoli.

marco

This encounter/antagonist really reminds me of Kid Miracleman from Alan Moore's Miracleman comic from the 80s. Even the design sort of looks like Johnny Bates. Wonder if there was any inspiration there.

Garlic

Next arc is my favorite arc in the series.

romi

the dad went disturbed (pun intended, ifkyk)

Henderson C

In the manga during the fight with the boss Mob was going through multiple 100% emotions. 100% ecstasy, 100% sadness, courage, etc. You could only really tell here based off his facial expressions and eyes.

Vextipher

Mob brings me so much feel good happiness. The way things tie-in to each other from past points of the show like those broccoli seeds just makes me realize how important they are. S3 opening is such a banger and can't wait for you all to watch the the next episodes.

Sunny

I think the next Episode will be clearer what actually happend because i also dont remember that weird other half of this Episode

Imran

next season is so good yall just wait

beansprouts

Season 2 OVA Next! ❤️

GOD THIS SHOWWWW

aubrey

get ready for a WILDLY peak season 3 and finale episode.. i genuinely believe yall arent readyyy!!!

Cation

If Mob did unleash all of his strength I think Serizawa would get annihilated. Yes he's strong but we've seen what Mob is capable of and he's always been holding back because he doesn't wanna kill people. Love this episode and loved your reaction. Talk no jutsu is the way to go. Everyone that Mob has faced has either turned to be better or at least taken his words of wisdom to the heart. That's why Mob is such a great person. Hyped for season 3. This show is goated

tri-sapphire

THIS! I was hoping to see it in the anime, it would have been hype with those full screen flashes. It would have also helped people understand the flow of the fight more, and how Mob continued to keep going to the end. They should have at least left in the 100% Kindness that he ended the fight with.

Chosos Wife

I'm so excited for season 3 😭😭 Are you guys doing the s2 OVA next? It's not really needed but it's a fun little side story for the umbrella guy starting work at the office

Chosos Wife

Carter just smiling so hard and getting so excited got me so happy 🤣 I've been rewatching your AOT journey so it's so crazy to see the direct difference between then and now ❤️

sil 🧸ྀི

this is why mob will always be in my top 3 come onnnn it's so good

sil 🧸ྀི

OMG YES they def should it's so good

AnoViss

If you think the fire head thing the dad turned into at 100% was cool, yall HAVE to watch Fire Force, IT IS PEAK. Also it has, I think, the best sound design out of any anime, hands down.

kkcat

I love how when Mob needs to push himself he says "Body Improvement. Fight on!" That's just perfect I love him 🥹. He was 100% bravery

jessiefungirl

how could i miss this absolute goated take W Cannon

jessiefungirl

Even though the line from the Body Improvement Club was very obvious, I would also like to point of mob's "main character" line mirrors Hanazawa, the first time he was introduced. He also makes reference to a few of the things Reigen has taught him. All the homies had an indirect influence in this fight and we love to see it.

kkcat

Thing about mob is that where as people throw rocks and pew pew with lazers when he gets impatient he can just throws people around until they stop moving or twist their head off ezpz 😭

jessiefungirl

that's actually wild to think about, lemme not piss shigeo off

Vernus

While this was the epic fight climax I believe the next season includes the emotional climax to the series. To some people this will make season three better than season two but to me nothing tops season two

Vernus

Jack speak up plz lmaooo

Alex

yes to this! the final season starts soon too!

roczilla_2000

Incredible season, onto season 3!!! 🔥🔥🔥

AnoViss

IK! I'm so hyped, 8 more days!

DontFailArtSchoolEren

the solo leveling fight seems so muted and dull in comparison to this growth and animation.

❣️ Vladlena ❣️

Mob is one of the most inspiring character in a good way that I have ever seen! I love that in this anime villains are defeated not only by force, but also by kindness and empathy!

Alex

I SECOND THIS!!

Alex

Just 5 days now! I feel like we've waited so long for this :')

Michael H

Mob has some jarring season finales lol. Remember the season 1 finale ended on that random mushroom hunting expedition.
