LETS GOOO

DAI

ohhhhh the infamous s2 lol

WhynefineT

What do you guys think about this cast?

leah

NO ONE SPOIL ANYTHING FOR THEM IN THE COMMENTS PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!!! anyway, tlou2 is my favorite piece of media of all time; above any show, movie, game, album etc. EVER. i’m stoked to say the least but i hope it lives up to my hype 😭😭

Brady

I just know the internet discussion about the season will be absolutely insufferable

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

what do u mean the first last of us reactions are already 2 years ago...😦😦 hype for the upcoming season thooo 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Ana

Jeffrey Wright in the cast you know this season is about to be goated

Brady

The second game is being split into two, maybe three seasons btw (the game is 10-15 hours longer than the first) Season 2 will be 7 episodes

DAI

wait this trailor looks nothing like the game s2, is this tv original...?

Arsheley

Twitter and reedit about to be the most insufferable places on the internet😭 Imma just watch the show and mind my business

Bloodi_Owl

Last I heard they are planning on 4 seasons total since the second game has quite a bit going on

Noah

Oberyn really doing sidequest (Pedro is a goated).

Maeverly

I played both games so I’m sooo excited for this to drop!! I do have to warn you all on PLEASE be careful when looking at comments or anything related to the show and game cause I’ve already seen diabolical spoilers for MAJOR plot points circling

leah

you guys HAVE to play the games after. if you streamed it or posted it anywhere id BE THERE!! as for it being a faithful adaptation, it was for the most part. there were a few character changes and minor plot changes. only major thing was episode 3 (which in my opinion is the best episode anyway). nothing about that episode was in the game; when we meet up with bill, frank is already dead. i also do think they will split the second game across two seasons but that’s just my opinion. won’t go into detail why but..! so far just based on trailers, behind the scenes photos and info from the cast, this season seems like it’ll be a very faithful adaptation as well. there’s already a few minor changes i’ve personally noticed, me being the certified biggest last of us part two stan of all time, but i’m genuinely so excited to watch this with you guys.

Anya

👑King Pedro Pascal. This is the way! Money is on Jack/McKay to survive.

GreetswithJudgement

I'm sure this season will be met with a series of rational discussions and friendly banter. And McKay. It’s always McKay.

Agent September 🏴‍☠️

McKay would definitely be the one to survive Brigg would go down fighting Cannon would run off with ms casey and they'd have a romeo and juliet ending Carter would sacrifice himself for someone else on the couch And Jack would get eaten by RATS

a_daichi

Ooooh I can’t wait! Please play the games I would watch that in a heartbeat!!! I’ve watched a lot of gameplays and each time I’ve loved the story more and more. I actually really enjoy part 2

Kim 555

Oh wow. I thought yall were going in blind cause Carter said so in discord. Anything changed your mind?

EaterOfRice23

wasnt too big a fan of the second game overall but this trailer looked pretty good. And as much as I think shes a good actress I'm kinda sad they didn't switch bella, she still looks like a child

Jessica

You guys are not ready

Zipzzty

Peak IS Coming

Guy

I HIGHLY recommend playing the games after you've seen Season 2. It looks like they're going to closely match the story of Part II just like they did for Season 1. The Remastered version for Part I is an incredible modern experience of the game and I'm excited for the release of the Part II release in just a few weeks. They are incredible pieces of fiction and gameplay and personally I really connect with game Ellie more than show Ellie, but that's probably just due to nostalgic connection to the original characters. SERIOUSLY incredible games!!!

TheSauceGuy

Cannon TLOU stream when? Cannon anything stream when? Would honestly be sick to see you guys all watch Cannon play or something haha.

TheSauceGuy

The trailer looks very faithful to the game, but I hope they don't skip over too much. The second game has SO MUCH more to show than the first. Hot take, but I think the second game is better than the first, despite its flaws.

TheSauceGuy

I like Bella Ramsey, but I do think they could've chosen a better person to play Ellie. I didn't dislike her acting, but she's one of those actresses who just perpetually looks like a kid. Ellie is 14 in the first season, so no real problem there. I know the actress is older, but she still looks too young to play Ellie for S2, at least if they're sticking with the timeframe of the game. I think Cailee Spaeny would've been a better choice as Ellie. Her performance in Alien: Romulus solidified that for me. ALSO, another yet-to-be-named character in the trailer looks younger and unfortunately, she isn't absolutely shredded like she is in the game lmao.

WhynefineT

You guys should play it after the show The game is better in every way. Tlou 1&2 is one of the biggest cultural hits of the decade

WhynefineT

also ellie in the game one of the badass characters in fiction. This cast has no aura except pedro

JeanJean

Slop. I'd rather have a reaction of the games tbh, they are better tv shows than the show itself.

Mitch

Games are just better in every single way possible. The show was cool tho like a calm 6/10. I just think it did nothing whatsoever to elevate the source material. TLOU is prob my top 1 game of all time. TLOU 2 has top 3 gameplay I’ve ever experienced with a bottom 3 story I’ve ever experienced. Also Canon seems the most capable in apocalypse so I’m going him 🙏🏼

Sam M

I've never played the games nor saught out any media related to the games and yet I've been spoiled about numerous parts of the second game multiple times over the years. I don't know how it's been possible for all 5 of them to have never been spoiled on anything lmao that's impressive

leah

i know i’ve yapped enough in this comment section (i’m very passionate about tlou if you couldn’t tell) but tlou1 is already on PC and by the time season two has finished airing, tlou2 will also be on PC so now you guys will have no excuse not to play it LMAO

Kevin Mesa

you guys should do stranger things

Mysterious Figure

McKay would survive the longest. He doesnt squirm when looking at the tough depictions of reality, and is always thinking about how unrealistic things are when you guys talk about stuff you are watching. He often expects the worst to happen, so he would be READY for whatever may happen. Oh and his weapon of choice is the sniper rifle or bow and arrow. Carter would die first. He would die with his eyes closed too. We all know it. And he knows it. 🤣🤣😭😭❤️❤️ Oh and Brig and Cannon would again die trying to save everyone, with Cannon inhaling the spores because he probably forgot about the spores. 🤣👌 I dont think Jack would die either because he would probably decide to stay comfy and warm in... JACKSON! 💀👀😎

anakins

You guys need to watch Narcos!!! Pedro’s great in it
