Albin Limani

Man I can not wait for them to hear who voices Hawks.

Mdmarki

Things are gettig interesting guys!!

jessiefungirl

had to be a patreon girlie for a bit yaknow

a_daichi

I was waiting for that conversation with Deku and All Might! Tears me up every time

Alex Ramirez

My cat as well. I named my light gray cat after her.

jessiefungirl

uh yeah i just happen to be your friendly neighborhood yakuza who's following my daughter, wrapped in bandages (and is terrified to the point of tears) out of a dark alleyway. she was just throwing a tantrum. since it's so embarrassing, wanna follow me into the same dark alley so we can talk abt it🙂?

Isaiah

My god after the end discussion im 100% sure we need steins gate next

Limini

Love that we see the dynamics in how they're sitting in the common room. Todoroki and bakugo hanging out is always a gem

jessiefungirl

yes! i couldn't remember his name when cannon said it last post, but knov(hxh) reminded me of nighteye sm

E

They probably like it more than one piece and naruto.

Cat

when they break out the golden lighting you know the scene is gonna be epic

Albin Limani

You should definitely look at the art from the manga starting from this arc. Horikoshi was always amazing at drawing, but starting from this arc he evolves into maybe the absolute GOAT when it comes to the art. Some of the panels are museum worthy.

Cat

tomorrow

Albin Limani

To explain Nighteye's quirk. For an hour, after he touches and locks eyes with someone, he can see their future. It does not matter how far along it is, the quirk will only stay active for an hour. But, the farther ahead he looks, the less details he has. So when it comes to All Might he does not know exactly how he will die, he just knows that he dies in a fight against some villain, so he wants All Might to retire so he does not fight. He has no other information to try and prevent it.

a_daichi

Aw cute! Putting this name on my list when I eventually get a cat!

Limini

Cry my pants off?

Neemz

Sir CannonEye the ultimate All Might glazer

86 LilaS

If one of my cats was a girl, she would have been named Eri.

86 LilaS

Just noticed that Mirio and Deku have the same birthday

Chosos Wife

Yeah im waiting to gain a MHA hubby

Mdmarki

Haven't seen their reactions for OP AND naruto but what are their thoughs about it

Jacob Goldsmith

i dont comment often now. legit been like a year. but lock in geks this season probs my fav up there with 7

LeBron Glazer (Bronsexual)

The whiplash from pacing must be crazy going back and forth from big 3 to new gen lol

Babylee

I forget how tense this season was. Def one of my favs when it first came out

raye

W pfp change

stako

11, 12 and 13 MUST BE WATCHED TOGETHER!!!!!!!

Vlad Blue

Idk why Deku has a mask/hood thing, he never wears it and he literally took it off after their target left. He should have the costume redesigned without the hood/mask.

raye

certified hawks glazer 🙂‍↕️

Jude

in twitch chat I thought we voted for him to keep it smh

Tivy

Hawks mentioned 🙂‍↕️

Imani Brooks

If you're where we are now, why are you calling him that?

Sari-chan

Yes and Magne (League of Villains) reminds me of Smokeman Morel from HxH !

Steve

1. Bad attitude with rookies. 2. Abuse of authority towards females sexually. 3. Holds values like levity and comedy, while being a hypocrite because he is the most unfunny character in this show

IQLou

Love the Deku & All Might sunset moments

kai

my other goat hawks finally being mentioned 😩

WhynefineT

If carter likes time travel so much why don't he watch Stein's gate

Michael Corleone

I'd prefer they didn't know anything about Steins;Gate going into it but I've been saying they'd all love it, I'd be shocked if they didn't.

Synyster

I highly doubt his tickle machine is sexual. Dont read too much into things bro. Also, you dont necessarily need to have the qualities you value yourself. You can value strength and courage in the world, thats a reason people look up to All Might, but you yourself might not be strong. HE could still value humor and laughter while not being funny, they are not mutually exclusive.

Nonos

It literally loss the poll to my hero that’s why. All good tho, it’ll be watched eventually

Limini

The ears are a homage to all might and his mom made the suit so it has sentimental value for him

Steve

Midriff showing, underboob showing. She sees him coming and cowers in anticipation. He straps her to a machine and tickles her as punishment. Sir Nighteye is trash. Obsene pervert. What's the age difference anyway?

Nash (edited)

Iris

True, I did just sit down with ice cream for this 🤣, we all be eating watching the geks geek out over MHA! ALSO PEAK SEASON! THIS IS STILL MY ABSOLUTE FAV! Eri lil best girl is here 💖!

Tivy

All Might is amazing man. He’s one of the most important characters in MHA and a huge part of what makes it great. That said, I’ve had some friends lose interest and actually drop the show right after he retires, which is a huge shame tbh. If he’s the only reason someone’s watching, they’re likely missing the heart of his character and what this story is really about. It’s not HIS journey as a hero that we’re following — and the show only gets better from here

charlie

for me it was that smooth criminal guy or whatever it was I couldnt make it through those episodes after my interest had already waned so we will see if I can stick through this time

Jack

All might can’t die… 😭

Jack

He looked awesome!

Elle B.

I love that scene where Deku confronts All Might because it’s the first time he shows something other than just pure adoration/worship towards AM. It adds something more to their dynamic. Not just a fanboy and hero, but a hero and his successor. Also, while I get WHY they’re planning to to wait, if it were me? I’m snatching Eri up and getting her away from Overhaul.

Jack

If it gets voted we will

Tivy

@charlie - Oh yeah fs, that stretch of the show definitely dips a bit lol. I more so meant the people who watch it purely just to see All Might be epic, which kind of misses the point of his character and what the story’s trying to say yk? But yeah bro once you get through season 5 the rest of the journey is insanely good. Worth sticking with for sure

Nashi

What happened to the stache Carter

Yusuf Riyandi

Wait, where is episode 2? is it a filler?

Belly

they watched episode 2. episode 1 was filler

Chosos Wife

I immediately agree and was actually gonna message you about him lmao

Tivy

@Nash - I fully agree. I feel like when people devalue the show or All Might’s character just because he doesn’t have his powers anymore, it kind of cheapens everything the story is building toward. His arc after retirement is one of the most important parts of the whole narrative

Nashi

Mom, All Might peak scene made me cry again

Ayoodude

Didn’t get past episode 1. Idk it just didn’t do it for me on first viewing

rue

i love the all might deku scene so much it’s thematically rich and i wish those mirio-for-ofa meatheads would actually sit down and realize how it shows exactly why deku was the right choice. PEAK DYNAMIC

lian

i’m so behind on yalls mha vids bc i got a job recently but yayyy s4 i can’t believe we’re here already

cozo

#3 hero

Vernus

If I remember what happened with bubble girl correctly she was voted as a top fan made design for a character and the author/artist put her into the show.

Ali

My king hawks was mentioned 😍🤞

Vernus

In the manga as well, my bad

Gorira Kujira

Btw Geks, another Bones anime is coming out this Sunday, Gachiakuta, you should watch it the manga is peak

TED103

husband incoming

TED103

everyone in here just mentioning hawks lmao husband is husbanding

Ali

LOL yes he’s def husband (Atsumu always on top tho😣)

kiria

ugh peak is starting !! the type of arc that makes you need to turn on some calm music and take a stroll after lol. also this was probably the first season to actually come out when mha was at like- peak popularity. the show was gaining massive traction and blowing up in western pop culture and media around 2018 and 2019 and this season dropped end of 2019 into 2020! everyone was buzzing and waiting for this arc to be animated.

Hem-ehem

@47:11 Jack "Don't worry he's (All might) getting back! He's going to take some roids.." 🤣🤣

jessiefungirl

they thought aizawa riled up the girls... the geks'll never hear the end of hawks

Northie

literally in the middle of making a hawks edit when i watched this reaction 😭

Jack

He will!! They just mentioned quirk boosting drugs so why not roids

Hem-ehem

Deku likes pork cutlet which reminds me of Hinata (Haikyu) having bowls of it before a tournament lol They both happen to have similar heights and have similar body frames.

jessiefungirl

oh it's bones? suddenly the urge to watch has increased a tad

Chlo

omg it would be SO sick if they reacted to gachiakuta. i'm caught up to the manga so im UNBELIEVABLY excited for the anime to start!

~Mercedeez Lee~

I hardly fangirl anymore over characters but Hawks is my King/Goat in MHA, I will always glaze him and my other goat in MHA who isn’t here yet but soon. I can’t wait till the guys get to finally see them

Michael Kitten

Just gonna ask… completely unrelated but, will y’all watch Thunderbolts or have y’all already seen it? I lowkey would love a reaction from y’all.

Meel

6:20 kinda funny one of you noticed this

M1GZ

For bubble girl I believe they had a challenge for a fan to make a design for the show and the bubble girl person won so the mangaka added her. So she does exist in the manga she’s just designed by a fan which is pretty cool.

Nash

Lmao almost everyone started tweaking the moment Hawks was mentioned 😭

Sickness

Anyone else see all the stuff about Deku x Invisible girl on social media? lol

Ryan

can't wait for my 🐐 Gentle Criminal

ROSS

R we gonna get anotha opening tier list 😳🫣

studiogek

For real I get 7 years younger when I shave💀 I shaved for a wedding today lol

baisenri

hawks got 10 seconds of screen time and the comments are obsessed. i love it!! can’t wait for his real introduction to the show 😌

Felix Gryphon

Hawks is my favourite Hero !! and then probably todoroki and Mirio. So happy we finally get to see Hawks

1999

If Carter loves time stuff then Stein’s;Gate is gonna cook in 2027.

Liptrouski

Lemillion is such a cool sounding name imo, this season is cooking

Levifold

I love that Deku has basically implied he's gonna punch Fate in the face to stop All Might dying

Conk

9:40 Cannon, how did you misinterpret that so badly lol

Vextipher

Gooneta never fails to be himself.

jrnoodles

Thanks Geks! Cannon being emotional with All Might's speech. He loves him so much. lol

stako

end of the year

stako

spoiler: more like groometa

Hanah

All Might is still training Deku y'all, it's just off-screen. He's training Deku like he did for provisional license but it's not all interesting to the plot so the author left it out. Horikoshi prefers to imply stuff (the provisional license training, All Might's promise with Deku's mom) than fleshing it all out. This is like how the students still continue their normal classes off-screen amidst the big events

Lil Zoro Vert

Are you calling the rest of us jobless?? Jk jk 😂

QuirklessEsty

Hadn't been subscribed since your AOT reactions, but I was always following some of your reactions on YT. Found out maybe a week ago y'all were reacting to one of my favorite shows, and I've finally caught up! So glad you're all enjoying this show as much as I have! Looking forward to more and your upcoming streams!

Silentwtf

im smiling so hard rn, cant wait for the upcoming battle gonna be peak

Gbemi

It’s hilarious

Vera

Mann I love Izuku with all my heart but he’s so ugly here 1:35 animatorss whyyyy did you do my boy dirty like thattt 😫😫💀

Cemelss

he finally beat those bakudeku allegations

Jenny D

I kind of figured All Might might not live long, but I hope they find some way to rescue him. He's such a great mentor to Deku and truly cares about the world and the people in it. I can't wait to watch more.

Albin Limani

They did say they would do them every 3 months in their last tier list. But I would prefer if they did one just for MHA after it ends, so they can include the endings as well, because they are genuinely amazing.

Albin Limani

Who is the other guy? There is one I can think that they have not seen yet that also shows up in the second half of this season, I can not think of any new characters they have not seen yet.

Albin Limani

That arc is actually amazing and so important for so many characters and sets up so many thing which get called back in the final arc.

Albin Limani

The ears are a homage to All Might's hair antennas and it is very important to him because his mom bought the tracksuit which is the foundation upon which the suit is built.

Takari

y'all hype him too much😭let the boys experience it themselves

Chad Jordan

Are ya'll planning on doing MHA vigilantes after you finish MHA?

~Mercedeez Lee~

Minor Spoilers: My other goat is not a ‘guy’. Hope that gives you a hint to who it is, I don’t wanna spoil anymore then that

Vernus

I love that the conversation before the credits was hitting yall in the feels. One of the reasons I love the show. And any moment like that just fucking hitssss

Higgy8

It’s not looking good for us Tokyo Ghoul fans. I hope it wasn’t dropped but that seems to be the case

Jenny D

I thought they said it wasn't dropped, but I have noticed it's been about two weeks now

lian

it’s ok studiogek >>> jobs

2danimehoe

THEY FINALLY MENTIONED HAWKS 🙌👏🙏😭💖 Also, I'm so happy you finally met Eri-Chan, I hate and absolutely ADORE this arc ❤️

Mink Reaction

Spoiler I love ERI! Her quirk is OP <3

Moon

I always forget how emotional the scene btw All Might and Izuku is at the end of Ep 4. You guys getting all teary eyed during their conversation is so me lmao. People tend to overlook how much All Might sacrifices himself to be the Symbol of Peace. He lost friends, comrades, chances to forge close relationships and even had to destroy bridges btw him and the people around him to remain on the path he chose and stick to his principles (no matter how insanely self-sacrificing those principles are). He's much more All Might than he is Toshinori Yagi - less his own person than he is a public figure to admire. Sure, he has his own unique, quirky personality, but his position as the number 1 hero and Symbol of Peace made it so that he struggled to get close to others for fear of dragging them into his life of bloodshed and fighting. So his relationship with Izuku probably helps him A LOT. It gives him purpose beyond being the greatest hero the world has ever seen, and now that he can't be that, he's not just wasting away after his retirement. I just think it's a very nice touch that he can share this kind of information with Izuku and receive total and utter support in return. Him wanting to live now when before he didn't care if he was running headfirst to the finish line of his life really shows how much Izuku has impacted him. It's why All Might chose HIM. Because Izuku was the one who moved All Might when he was on the verge of an emotional and mental slump. And he KEEPS doing that for All Might. Izuku makes All Might learn new things (i.e. adapting his fighting style against All For One to include more tricky moves when he only relied on brute force and power before), he revitalises his will to live as a person, not just as a hero, and most of all, he changes All Might's perspective on his role as a teacher and person. And that's what really makes their mentor-mentee relationship so good. They learn from each other, despite one being a teacher and the other the student/disciple.

Kayanolive

Me too cannon, me too 😭😭

Sam Davis

S4 is where MHA starts to get Dark! Can't wait for you guys to see what happens

Xeons

cannon is all of us in that moment frfr

Dub_quinn

I forgot they mention Hawks here, number 3! And Eri makes such an impact in these episodes, you want to follow Sir's plan and also screw it cause she's just a kid
