In fairness to Shirou, while he does have “those” type of dreams about Tohsaka, this time the dream was put into effect by someone else via magecraft. And I won’t say who did it, but there is one character who already sucked someone’s blood in this movie. And right before Rin switches with Sakura Rin’s eyes turn light purple, with square irises.

someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think rider just dematerialized in the first part of the movie and it just looks similar to a servant dying. I think Emiya Archer did the same thing in UBW and came back towards the end seemingly out of nowhere. Also a side note but it's cool we finally get to see saber alter. Artoria has like 5 alternate forms in the grand order game but I think saber alter always looked the best

Dont listen to the comments saying dont compare to Unlimited Blade Works. You are SUPPOSE to compare this timeline to unlimited blade works. Heavens feel was always suppose to be watched/read last in this series and builds literally off the themes and core messages of unlimited blade works and the fate route(which dosent have a official adaption). Youll understand in the next two movies.

Dont listen to the dramatic folks saying they would rather yall not even watch the movie at all if it's split up, that's too much lol I would also prefer these movies to be whole watches, but ultimately I want yall to watch this regardless of it being split up or not. This is actually one of the only fates I haven't seen and yall have given me the perfect excuse to watch it. I kind of know big plot points because I read the wiki years ago before even UBW came out, but some future animation and plot points are about to be some peak on a platter. These movies should be the conclusion to the juicy tier fate watch. The other spin offs are great, but ultimately we should move on to another series after Heavens Feel for sure. Unless it wins a future poll down the road lol

thanks for reacting to the movies u guys. dont mind the complaints about splitting the movies into parts. most of us should like something every friday rather than nothing. just continue with ur current plan if u guys are unable to fit the whole movie into one sitting. and no spoilers but the next two movies have multiple fights that alot of people would put in their top ten anime fights of all time! the rider situation also will be explained in time.

I don't think many people were saying not to do it at all, but were saying they would rather them not do split parts of a movie, and would rather wait longer for the whole thing together.

I personally don't mind the format, would rather yous watch it in a way that suits yous better and is more genuine rather than try to force yourself to watch it in a way that doesn't really work for yous and is more conforming If people said yous shouldn't compare HF and UBW in ANY way then that's wild, it's meant to build off of it so that seems contradictory. Assuming you know what's gonna happen based on UBW being a bad mindset, that I understand, but not making comparisons at all? Nah I don't agree with that Also yeah, smth to keep in mind is that servants dying vs simply dematerialising look pretty much identical from what I can tell so gl telling the difference lmaooo, that's deffos smth I wish was clearer too

No one said don't do them at all if you're going to split them up, I don't know why you felt the need to exaggerate about that Carter. People were disappointed that you're making your first experience with these films worse by splitting them up. Imagine splitting up grave of the fireflies or your name into two watches, and tell me that doesn't sound silly and that your thoughts on it wouldn't be impacted. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the highest-paying tier you guys offer to get more effort if the current show requires it, especially when you drop a normal movie that same week. I think you guys really need to get better at managing this channel, not only because of fate, but also all of the unfinished shows you guys recently started and that haven't been updated in weeks, like takopi and lom. All that said, I still love the content and reactions, but I think this was something you needed to hear/read.

yeah i agree somewhat. i dont understand the "we've always done 1 hour" argument. Its a movie, not a tv show. They react to movies all the time and never split them. Now if i wanted to be a conspiracy theorist for a second, I could say that they know they will lose a lot of juicy tier patrons once Fate is over. If they did not split the first movie they could upload all 3 movie reactions within September. But since they split movie 1, maybe knowing it would upset people, then "correct" the mistake and upload the full movies 2 and 3, The 3rd movie would now dip into October, forcing all the Fate fans to pay for an extra month before leaving juicy tier. But im not a conspiracy theorist, so i wouldn't say that haha :)

idk what people are talking about saying not to compare UBW to HF. That’s the whole point! The structure of the story means you learn info in previous routes that doesn’t come up later on. You know more than the characters in the story at this point. Like you guys know from UBW that Archer wants Shirou dead at the start of the grail war. That matters because in HF right after they fight Zouken and the shadow in the park it matters when Archer says “looks like I can’t prioritize my personal business right now”. No one there would know what he’s talking about, but anyone watching can understand that Archer has decided he won’t try to kill Shirou because things have gone completely off the rails. In other words, Archer said no UBW. After all this is Sakura’s route. And yeah rider didn’t die. The book burned up and she dematerialized / went into spirit form. In UBW she died only after Kuzuki plastered her to a wall and made her head into a corkscrew and it still took a minute before she turned into dust.

I agree with Ben, but if all y’all are trying to do is fit juicy tier content into 1 hour vs. not watching the movies at all, then ofc just split them. Only reason I suggested watching the movie in one sitting another day is because you guys mentioned not having enough time that week. Hope this clears things up. Now that the boring stuff has been said, and I said this in the pt 1 comments but thank you for reacting to the movies regardless. Judging by the end discussion, you guys seemed to enjoy it. HF movie 2 & 3 will have some of my personal favorite fights in any show. Probably the same fight scene McKay said he saw. Movie 1 was more of setting a darker tone compared to UBW while introducing that black and red drape thing. Also, RIP lancer once again. Lancer class is literally cursed in these three routes lol

Do what you need to do, we just want to make sure its enjoyable for everyone and we understand the movies are long and may conflict with scheduling but people sat through them in theatres fine. Too many shows and very demanding fanbases could definitely take its toll.

Guys, there are no conspiracies. We just ran out of time with my birthday and it’s as simple as that. If we cared about stretching things out to keep subscriptions, we wouldn’t have done double uploads for the entire history of the channel and would’ve just done one episode per video. We’ve never cared about that stuff we just didn’t know posting the movie in 2 parts would be such a big deal

I love the Lancer/Assassin fight, it's so fluid and the sound design is on point. I think Fate has always been the best in that department - having good sound just adds so much immersion and weight. It really does suck though that Lancers pop off every time and then they get absolutely disrespected in the end lol. Super excited for the next two movies! Everything I really want to comment on is from them. Get ready, they're peak! 🔥 Also, thank you so much for using the Blu-ray, it looks infinitely better. ❤️

Just fyi guys, Jackson and mckay had a trip this weekend and we just closed on a new studio! So it left us short on time and we didn’t want to split the movie up again, so we will be doing it earlier next week
