if mckay was wondering about the feudal lords and how they have power, I think its basing it off how the shoguns used to control the emperor despite the emperor having lawful authority. In the show its played off as much more of a lord/master relationship (guessing they soften it to not diss the culture too much) but in reality the man with the military made the moves.

Kakashi being scared of Orochimaru here makes him standing up to him for Sasuke's sake in OG much more meaningful. Also Cannon Obito got absolutely obliterated by Minato all things considered, Obito took his wife and child hostage, summoned the 9 tails on the village, caught him completely off guard with his OP Kamui, and still got no diff'd the third time they came into contact with each other. He even removed the 9 tails from his control.

Kakashi keeps his Sharingan covered because he’s unable to turn it off. It drains his chakra while he’s seeing with it. It’s also a literal video camera to everything it sees. So while he’s having a nightmare about killing Rin the ‘copy’ of that memory that was made by his eye is replaying in his mind in perfect detail. That’s also why he can still see the blood on his hands when he wakes up. I feel soooo flippin bad for this kid.

People give the Tsuchikage too much grief for using the Akatsuki. Like, they're ninjas - covert assassins and soldiers - not philanthropists. Danzo was the only ninja to act like a ninja should and he gets flamed for it for eternity. Because Naruto isn't actually about a world of shinobi; it's about preachy wizards who have a faux-ninja theme.

Idk if this would be considered spoilers since this is a filler arc. But Episodes 353–356 focus on Yamato and the Smoke Clan. There are some decent moments, but overall they’re mostly skippable. Definitely watch episodes 357–361, I recommend watching them in one batch so we can get back into the main story. Because after this Kakashi arc...😋😋

Danzo betrayed his own village many times and killed his own ninja for his own selfish gain. Attacking Shisui, being behind the Uchiha massacre, going against everything Hiruzen stood for, working with Orochimaru to name a few. There are some things he did for the village, but most was just for himself.

Nah, please dont skip any Character arcs. Kakashi, Itachi and later in Boruto, Sasuke's arc. They are light novels added to showcase more of their background. I loved them. I also wish you'd watch the movies. They are nice. I really loved the one where Naruto goes back in time and meets someone.

He named Hiruzen the 3rd Hokage before sacrificing himself to hold off Ginkaku and Kinkaku's army. Hiruzen got killed by Orochimaru and Minato sacrificed his life to stop Kurama. The only one we have no idea of, is the first hokage since there was nothing shown. There are many theories, but since this is not reality, they are just theories.

I like the kakashi origin eps cause it makes you realize kakashi was actually a super gifted prodigy but then due to the trauma he burnt out up to the point to where OG naruto starts and he's in his late 20s and not much stronger than he was as a teen

Yes, 1.Kushina living for a lil longer to tell hiruzen Naruto name when Kushina clearly already had told Narutos name to multiple people including his wife, 2.danzo plotting to kill hiruzen and hiruzen finding out only to let him live, as well as after the death of the 4th danzo not stepping up to be Hokage when the manga clearly states that he did but nobody supported him. 3. kakashi finding Orochimaru, not fighting but instead a random snake with a paper bomb in its mouth is the only thing that hurt Orochimaru 4. Experiments with Hashirama cells predating Orochimaru and him picking it back up, which makes no sense. I could go on but apart from these it's just design choices by the anime like, how the city the feudal lords live in look like, Kakashi having a flashlight, them announcing the Hokage stepping down on wooden sign post etc. You can like it but it def has inconsistencies and random things that remind you this is filler
