Lothbrok

GEKS, Where are the last FMAB episodes????

floo

Crash landing on you🥲

Sara

AHH SO EXCITED!!!

Enma

They're so traumatized from bloodhounds, they didn't even realize that the mother in this episode is Gun-Woo's mom.

Aya

Omg fr I’m so sick of shows like that there’s so much great kdramas out there I need the geks to watch alchemy of souls it’s a masterpiece

Aya

Omg floo I would jump if they watched crash landing on you that show is my most rewatched kdrama

November2

Anya

💜🪂 aww cloy still remember how hard we tried and lost we were so close

floo

Anya betrayed us at that time 🥲 Jk🤣

floo

Yeah Aya theres so much scenes ( Seri's brothers ) that i find boring but overall wholesome really good show

s/k

I thought you guys would NEVER react to extraordinary woo!🥲

floo

Nasty

Yea it was good. No idea why they still haven't seen it.

floo

Idk too but carter said its work on desktop but im not sure

Sinha

Lowkey want yall to react to a Cdrama. Maybe Jade of Pursuit or The Female General

Brikena

Kimchi tasting like gasoline is crazy💀

Ashley K

Watch season 2 McKay!!

Ashley K

The kimchi slander how dare yall 😭 it’s the fault of whoever made it nasty 😂

Betsy

It has felt like a long time aigoo 🤧

🖤

I hope you guys will still react to season 2 of Bloodhounds man😭😭😭 Its so peak and not traumatising like season 1!!! The storyline is so sick, and it doesn't just ride off s1. It's a completely new story with new characters and a fresh plot, so it feels different while still keeping everything that made the first season great. There are also some really cool new actors and cameos. The main villain is played by Rain, one of the biggest 1st-gen Korean artists. I think in one of your Rise of Bangtan videos, you guys have seen BTS dance to his iconic song "Rainism." Some other cool cameos are Ha Young, who played Na Hwa Jin's deceased wife in Teach You a Lesson; Park Seo Joon, who appeared in Parasite and The Marvels; and Lee Myeong Ro, who played one of the villains in Weak Hero Class 2

floo

Carterrr

Kimberley

In the words of JK finnnnnaaaallllyyyy This is my favorite episode

Tivy

WE ARE SO BACK

Tivy

I love Alchemy of Souls! Still need to watch Kingdom, I’ve heard amazing things

Tivy

I still need to finish your Teach You A Lesson reactions 😭 idk what to watch first

Anya

Nasty, they're still traumatized from ep6 lmao

yellow

they will jump you but you are right❣️

yellow

HEATED RIVALRY? cannon do you even know peak or are you just larping

Betsy

Me too, Tivy!! I've missed you. Love you. I still need to show you more poems sometime :) And yeah Kingdom will always be one of my favorites. It's so good! The acting is next level. It would be an epic watch for the geks and I think you would love it! ☺️

floo

Oh nouuu kimchie is good 🥲

Tivy

I forgot how much I missed watching this with you guys, it’s such a fun little show. Attorney Woo is the goat!

Tivy

Guysss the first time I tried kimchi I didn’t like it either 😅 You genuinely just need to find the right kind. It can taste SO different depending on how it’s made and fermented. Some is super sour/funky while others are fresher and milder. And if you don’t like it straight, try it cooked into kimchi fried rice or stew first. Don’t give up on it I promise lol

isa

this is my fav Gek comment section, chill and lovely people :)

Poragami

o dang, we still continuing this? lmao

Clay

What kind of kimchi did yall eat? 😭 it is hit or miss, but the right brand is really good and refreshing. Pairs especially well with steak or pork

Rawaby 1204

Season two is way better than season 1 imo

isa

I think the mom was in bloodhounds

Rawaby 1204

Lmao they are blocking the whole memory of the show

Rawaby 1204

It’s so good to be back !! Honestly I thought we deserved double episodes for all the waiting, and don’t worry guys this one is like the most/second heaviest episode, it will be much lighthearted for the rest of the show

Camille Angelica TV

Reshares/quips is a new patreon feature. Not sure if it's fully rolled out to everyone. But it helps with sharing content outside of your members!

Tivy

McKay calling the prosecutor robe a wizard outfit I’m crying 😭😭

Tivy

1:03:10 — omg is that Shit-gil from WLGYT? I completely forgot he was in this wtffff

Tivy

Miss you too! I’m excited to read more of your poems. I haven’t been around as much lately, I kinda lost interest in watching Teach You A Lesson and only tune into some of the k-pop reactions 🙈 whoops. I’m excited to be back for k-drama Wednesday’s though! And wow by the way you describe it makes it sound like Kingdom is something right up my alley, maybe I should start it 👀

Betsy

It's okay I haven't been around as much either. I kind of also lost interest in the show. I'm waiting for more groups/variety content even though, I know it will be a long time lol So, I haven't been very active with the K-pop stuff other than leave comments every now and then. I feel a bit anti-social But yeah I'm looking forward to diving back into K-drama Wednesdays with all the lovely people and for the guys to see more of our precious girl, Woo. Aww I'll definitely have to show you more poems soon. I'm excited to show you 🤗 Yeah I think Kingdom would be right up your alley if you enjoy epic historical dramas with a lot of suspense and non-stop action with a dose of horror blended in haha

hrt4u.

alchemy of souls and moving are my two picks for you lots next kdrama.

jrnoodles

Thank you! Wholesome is back, but it ended sadly 😠

Hannah Lee

Have you tried Kimchi? lol Well, if you are not familiar with fermented foods, that makes sense. Good for your guts though! :D

B !

Please watch KINGDOM you guys. Historical zombie drama done superbly ?? It’s right up

Mack

😂

Law.D.Maris

Soooo many goats in this show😭😂 hopefully y’all find them all! Also I need this and shows like it injected straight into my veins🤍🩷

Betsy

Goodness, we damaged ya'll so bad again terribly sorry haha But some of the best k-dramas are the absolute most intense and unhinged ones sadly 🥲

Law.D.Maris

Move to heaven?!??!? Or a different moving? I only know that one haha so first thought was instantly that

Blueberry

You guys got Gas Station kimchi.

Meruka Hinaru

Alchemy of Souls would be amazing, I know you guys are gonna enjoy it a lot

Kizaru Kuzan

Geotjeori Kimchi. Also called "fresh kimchi" because it did not ferment so it doesn't have that sour note. It's my favorite kind of kimchi. Usually the type I recommend to people who never had kimchi. White kimchi is also a really good starter or radish kimchi.

aubrey !!

I BEEN WAITING FOR DIS ONE

aubrey !!

the first whale was an actual whale! there are species of whales that look very similar to dolphins such as pilot whales... although i dont know the specific species that was shown there

Saint

You don’t know how long I waited for this drop

Saint

Different moving! Move to heaven is a different drama

Anya

p sherman 42 wallaby way sydney

beannie

ik yall just said you hated kimchi, but kimchi stew is SOOOOO good, one of my comfort foods fr. Did you guys try korean food today or only kimchi? lol

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

ur kimchi tasted like gasoline-? lk i feel like ive had some like that before...but thats def not the norm lol 😭 im not a big fan of cabbage kimchi (i like a lot of the other kinds much more!) on its own, but i like a lilll bit as banchan sometimes~ funnily enough i rly like it inside other dishes like kimchi jeon, kimchi-jjigae, or kimchi fried rice tho! rly good as an add in imo, but often only care for a couple bites or so when its on the side 🤧

Keeka 🍰

Does anyone know the schedule for this show?

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

48:55 ive rewatched eaw so many times, and yet my eyes r never dry here 🥲🥲 i love eaw sm for how they handle and bring attention to hard/sensitive topics

justYG&blLover

If you want to try Korean food, I would recommend Jang soo Jang at south salt lake. The best Korean food I had and it looks really healthy. I’m not even exaggerating when I say no 1 Korean food in Utah 👍

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

i feel like theyve made reference to it several times atp lmao, reactions when 🤔 (lk would b surprised if they actually do tho lol)

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

im just happy for eaw being back more than anything 🥹🐳 but if we're already mentioning more kdramas, i too would like to throw in kingdom, alchemy of souls, and move to heaven! 🙂‍↕️ move to heaven might b a bit too soon for yall still recovering from ktrauma tho, lol...but one of the mcs in it also has autism, and theres wholesome moments too! all of these r some of my favs so id b super happy for any of them 🫶🏻 probs extra on kingdom tho cuz ive been tryna push that one forever, haha - its pretty short, 2 seasons with only 6 episodes each and a prequel movie that came out after!

Betsy

This episode was hard to watch.... It was tough the first time watching it in 2022. It made me feel so bad for Woo and Jeong-hun and what they have to go through everyday with others judging them and not being able to understand them as a person due to their autism. They are still humans that deserve respect. That prosecutor was out of line. I agree, it was for sure rage bait and badgering. It made me so angry shibal. Our girl, Woo is capable. She's strong and a determined woman much more than people give her credit for. They just need to believe in her more. That Pengsoo rap part is so funny and cute. You can tell how much they all tried to make Jeong-hun more comfortable and find his happy place.

Betsy

Haha I can relate McKay, I'm ready for September to get here because I love fall so much with the nice cool crisp air and the leaves began to change color. It's so lovely. And after the endless hot summer days, it's refreshing and feels so cozy.

Betsy

Guys, Jeong-hun's Mom is who played Gun-woo's mother in Bloodhounds. She just has more makeup on haha

Betsy

Me too girl! It needs to happen, Saki! Just imagine the pure epicness!!! 🔥🤭🤞

Betsy

Jun-ho is such a green forest. I adore him. He cares so much for our girl and their scenes always give me butterflies... It was cute and funny see the geks reaction especially Carter. Yeah Jun-ho is respectful, patient, and truly wants to get to know her and be a part of her world. He's such a gentlemen and is falling hard and we are falling just as much as him rooting for their romance to blossom. Wow that gift shop did look juicy. Can I go there please? I would be over the moon with that whale projector hehehe I'm honestly kind of hooked on them. I have a wave light projector, stars and nebula one, and a constellation projector. They are soothing and with music, it really sets the mood perfectly ✨️🔮

Betsy

It's okay guys, I couldn't do kimchi either when I tried it at a Korean church when I was younger. I guess it's because I'm not used to Korean food since I didn't live there. I'm not as accustomed to it. It was spicy and tasted different. That being said, the gaseline comment had me dying laughing. I seriously can't with ya'll sometimes 🤣

beannie

Yess, just like Saint said it’s a different one! @Law.D.Maris ! Move to heaven is really good as well tho Moving is a kdrama about superheroes, it’s very my hero academia and mob psycho coded lol

Law.D.Maris

Ah ok! Thank you for enlightening me!😅😂

remvrk

Most overhyped drama ever. Couldn’t force myself to finish episode 1.

soybeanz11

lol It's okay. Not all Koreans like kimchi either. Either stir-fried kimchi or a water based kimchi might be easier on the palate if you don't like the tangy smell :)

soybeanz11

So glad that you guys came back to this show!

Betsy

Saki, they cover the topics so beautifully and I love how it builds awareness to someone that may not know much in that particular area.... I can't help but get emotional myself 🥺😫

Cora ✿

So happy my woo is back, praying for crash landing to be next :p

E L

REPLY 1988 next please!! 🙏

Keeka 🍰

Whats the schedule? 😇

Ko_Kuma

I hope Reactivated Mr Kim is on the list to me the cast is very familiar but i forget you guys are still kdrama newbies haha

beannie

I’m Tired

remvrk

Rawaby 1204

Ko_Kuma

floo

Wednesday

aubrey !!

the more you know!

m-flo

lmao I stopped watchin halfway

mel

so sad yall will never watch the masterpiece that was bloodhounds season 2 😔😔

Betsy

It is refreshing and gives you a lot of perspective.

May Lin

Not Korean, but as a fellow Asian, I think a great way of trying out kimchi is actually by eating it with fried chicken or even kbbq meat wrapped in lettuce leaf in a ‘ssam’. If you’re not used to kimchi, trying it on its own is like asking a person to try eating pickles or sauerkraut for the first time. Definitely an acquired taste, but you’ll come to love it! :)
