The famous "You're going to "ORA ORA" me, won't you ?!" at the end of the fight cannot be missed, and Telence gifts us with a completely grotesque but brilliant face. It is after this fight that finally, Vanilla Ice appears. At this moment, the plot picks up the pace for the last final sprint, and nothing will stop it. This sinister character remains fascinating. The red lights are flashing for Avdol and his inevitable death. It's him who finds the scribbled message on the wall. Let's ignore that it's a message written in Japanese inside an Egyptian building. Please don't laugh, it's not the time. (laughs) And thus, Avdol is definitively eliminated. As Polnareff said it so well, it was really too sudden. This is all the more unbearable for him as it was again a sacrifice to save him from death at the last moment. The point with vanilla ice and needing blood is dio was making the point that Darby couldn’t defeat the joestars because he wasn’t willing to die for dio and that vanilla ice is too valuable to waste not only cause he’s strong but because he proved he’s willing to die for dio at a whim.

Vanilla Ice had some insane determination. He truly fought like someone who would forfeit his life for Dio without a second thought. He just wouldn't stop, even when he should have been dead. I mean, vampires die when they get hit in the head, and this guy STILL kept going through sheer resolve. That's what allowed him to kill two characters entirely on his own. Avdol, my GOAT, and Iggy the hero will be missed 😭.
