Watching this show with you guys has a whole new meaning this week… I finally got diagnosed AuDHD at 32. This has been my comfort show throughout the process and a reminder that it’s okay to be myself and need support, even when I am better at masking than our beloved Young-woo. It really warms my heart to see so many people not only enjoy this show, but like Joon-ho, show such love and empathy towards the MC. I’m sure not everyone with ASD feel good about this show but I feel it’s positive representation, and at least a good starting point for some people to learn about it. 🫰🏻😊

I feel so bad for the mom—girl did nothing wrong. She went above and beyond to have the baby for the dad because he asked (even though she was going to have an abortion). That’s such a big ask and it’s kinda crazy she did that for him. I get Woo’s feelings about it but I don’t blame the mom

I understand Woo’s feelings about it and think they’re valid. But from what we’ve seen, the mom is basically a surrogate. Most of the pregnancy is while she had the understanding that she was giving the baby up. I think the stance of a baby having to have a mom isn’t one I align with? Single parents exist and the dad signed up for it. I don’t think Woo would rather have not been born then not have a mother.

We never talk about Nepotism in trade jobs where usually "Father & Sons", or for shops that have been owned by a family "for generations". The issue is when the Nepo babies says "But I worked so hard" Like others didn't. Just say with your chest that you were lucky to be offered more opportunities than others because of your connections.

I guess we have a difference in opinion, but isn't Mom's life and choices also important? A young woman who got pregnant, there might be many reasons why she might have chosen not to be a mom and it would have been her choice. It is sad cause Youngwoo was born and she has emotions, but can we blame mom?

If this was an other k drama, the mom wouldve been kicked out of the family, maybe even dies shortly after. The daughter then becomes a lawyer because her family is poor. She later joins the biggest law firm in Seoul (her mothers law firm). It is then somehow revealed that her mom was actually killed by one of her brothers, who is also the daughters mentor (big plot twist, but she doesnt know this yet). She would then work for her family's law firm and become a competent lawyer who has gotten very close to the family. After finding out the real reason behind her mothers death, it becomes a deadly cat and mouse game against the family. And after a long and difficult fight against her uncles, aunts, cousins, and half siblings (who all also work in said law firm) she succeeds because she knows all about the family and their tendencies. Some people die, others go to jail, and the reminding live their lives in shame. The daughter is now the best lawyer to ever walk the earth. Also there is a random love plot line that does nothing for the story or the characters, but is written in there just for the ratings.

She didn’t want to have a child yet, she wasn’t ready for it and it was her right to no want to have one. Having a child as young, for a woman, means stopping her studies for a while, maybe not going back to it ever. its a big commitment to have. It’s so easy to put the blame on her like that, as much as I love the show i dont really like how the situation is presented.
