Jessica

ForWhyTho

The GUARDIAN 🐐 HERSHEL holding everyone down this episode. Food just finished and my show is on!!

Ayoodude

Hellerrr bers

Dylan

Absolute cinema this season is, the scene with Carl and Rick at the fence was Chandler Riggs (Carl) birthday I believe and that was the legal age for him to hold a rifle.

Warsame

Yaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy

Isa cotovio

If you choose to remain at home, you still need a group with you to go on runs and protect the home.

ohfaceless

FELLAS THIS EPISODE FELT LIKE IT TOOK FOREVER TO UPLOAD LOL. i’ve been hitting refresh for like 3 hours. (always thankful for the uploads this is not serious criticism it just reminds me how excited i get to watch you guys watch this show)

a_daichi

2 hours until I’m home!

Zipzzty

Let’s go

1999

Was on my phone like this when I got the notification

nourah

Omg Lizzy is testing my patience

Dorsia's Media Critique

I forgot how goated Hershel is in this show, RIP Scott Wilson, he really did such a great job in this role.

nourah

Carter is making me even more anxious when i already am

Ceci

You guys should have a heart monitor for the mid season finale

Pudding

Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft what a joke. After all that, of course that nasty guy had to show up too... ugh..... someone eat him. I'm tired.

Anya

Hershel is the Goat! Shawshank Hershel lol love that movie! Waiting for Terminator 2!

Anya

Yalls dread at seeing the governor lmao upcoming eps are peak sucks to wait until next week pls do a sunday drop or twd binge soon XD

jblakk

Im thankful for the burgers I pay for too. The hotel bed I pay for when vacationing. The water delivery guy. Being thankful is a blessing. A lot of people have little meaningful things to be thankful for and even less trivial things than me to be thankful for. Its always good to remember. Youre not wrong about the schedule necessarily but it doesnt mean you shouldnt be thankful.

Dorsia's Media Critique

I literally know what's gonna happen and y'all have convinced me Hershel is gonna explode this episode, I'm worrying for that man

❦

YESSSSSSSS IVE ARRIVED

Noble

Definitely gonna need to have a 3 episode week next week 😣😂😂

L1Lt03NA1L

TAIIIINNNNTTTEEEDDDDD MEEEAAATTT pt3

Nana_44

I second!

❦

please please i beg to watch eps 6 and 7 together

Akodros

I'm also liking the louder bass (:

Dorsia's Media Critique

To answer y'all's question the guy who rams the car through the gate last season was actually the guy who Rick and his crew tied up when they infiltrate Woodbury, he ran out the front. That being said, I had to look this up and its not something that the show showed too well.

Anya

Yes! October would be perfect for twd binge! Or hell announce a challenge again and watch twd fans show up (hopefully lol)

bailey harris

If Hershel dies I wont be back :(

nourah

I don’t think I have it in me to wait until next week, please binge the rest of the season all together until my sleep schedule is ruined

bailey harris

ALSO if Glen is out I am out WTF

Alexis

Yall uploading TWD content is the only thing I look forward to on a weekly basis tbh

bailey harris

what an episode. Hershel the shotgun preacher!!!

McKay Carter

Where did you find this 🤣

Melissa K

SPAGHETTI TUESDAYS EVERY WEDNESDAY!!! 😂😂 Hershel's being wild now

Saki 🏴‍☠️✨❤️‍🔥

42:59 ugh the prison actually is lk still so juicy in some ways thooo, like man look at all those plants 😫 theyve got flowers blooming and alll

Ayoodude

Geeze that was stressful eh

Cam

a_daichi

I forgot how stressful this episode was lol

a_daichi

lol I too still love the prison era

a_daichi

Herschel is a tough sob! My guy

a_daichi

love Rick telling Maggie not to doubt herself. she’s kind of lowkey but has been essential to the group

Anya

Greets you villain lol and it's Phillip the town drunk 😂

GreetswithJudgement

😭 Big Phil is just a man with a vision and questionable coping mechanisms.

Jack's World

Not nearly as much time has passed as you guys think… I gotchu on the timeline! Rick woke up ~Day 59 of the outbreak They get to the CDC ~ Day 63 CDC Blows up ~ Day 64 They arrive at the Farm ~ Day 65-67 Walker Sophia emerges from Barn ~ Day 71 Dale dies ~ Day 81 Shane dies & Farm Falls ~ Day/Night 82 Reunited after Farm Falls ~ Day 83 The arrive at the Prison ~Day 300 Lori & T-Dog Die & Judith Born ~ Day 309 Rick saves Woodbury residents ~ Day 321 Season 4 Opening ~ Day 520 Sickness, Carol kills Karen/David ~ Day 521 Supply Run ~ Day 522 Carol left behind ~ Day 523 Rick & Carl & Hershel defend ~ Night 523 Crew returns w/ meds ~ Day 524

Sam M

I had a cold and a fever when I first watched this episode. It felt like I was in that prison with them

Jack's World

This was a fantastic episode for both Hershel & Carl’s development long term!

Jack's World

If I recall correctly back when this episode was being filmed the night scene with Chandler Riggs as Carl using the rifle for the first time was actually just after midnight on his birthday so he was legally old enough I believe to be able to properly use one of those types of guns on the screen and also I believe get a bit more film time allotted to him for his age so it was a very special episode back when it aired when we heard all the behind-the-scenes stuff

Anya

Bruh 😂 (had to give you Black Sails xd)

GreetswithJudgement

Captain Flint also my goat! … I am a whole ass villian. Just throw me away lol

bluehef

y’all be seeing random death flags yo 😂

Crisp

They really were only looking for Sofia for less than a week? That's kind of crazy

Mary

Lizzie is truly starting to become really unsettling very fast, her leading a walker away from Glenn by being nice to it, & even her reasoning afterwards, she didn’t even seem bothered by nearly being killed but actually, she seemed fascinated, playing with Glenn’s blood after being treated. It’s just such disturbing foreshadowing for her character in the future of the show.

Mary

My favorite scene of this entire episode, besides every scene with Hershel, is definitely Rick & Carl defending the prison by shooting all the walkers who broke through the fence. Watching Rick passing on his knowledge, even his courage & bravery to Carl, & the look of pride he had in his eyes watching Carl acting so brave & calm during such a difficult & stressful situation was so heartwarming. So far, I’m absolutely loving how their relationship is evolving this season.

Tnrtle

how does one even calculate this?

Tnrtle

when rick asked maggie if she wouldve left carol- underrated pivotal moment for both characters

Anya

Yessir Captain Flint is also my Goat! 🙂‍↕️ lmaoo you're good greets I get it sometimes the villains/antagonists are more interesting 😂

1999

I don’t even remember I think I screenshotted it like 2 years ago 😂😂😂

Marsuvies Black

I love the hate for the prison if they were anywhere else they would be dead first heard of zombies.

Marsuvies Black

u guys will have more fun watching things if u suspend your disbelief. i always say it's a movie not a documentary lol great reaction though keeps it up.

Alan

That’s the position my friend stances up in right before he farts

Jack's World

Yeah, trust me the timeline stays crazy short ESPECIALLY 4b, & S6-8!

Jack's World

I know it seems super tough, but yeah It’s been refined over the last decade & a half with context clues within the shows, the seasons, character dialogue, as well as BTS stuff that we were told via “Talking Dead” after each episode or by the show runners and lastly with info we’ve received via the variety of spin off shows discussing events around the globe.

Sya

27:58 not sure if you guys noticed , but that dude shot the blonde girl who saved hershel in the head with he`s gun , as he got bit.

Sya

45:42 nvm i guess you guys noticed.

Eleeeeeeeee

I ALWAYS WAIT EVERY EPISODE FOR MCKAYS REACTION TO THE BASS DROPPING

Chrissy

These episodes go by way too fast!

Jessica

ahhh the governor is back 👀 next couple of episodes are sooooo goood

rain

i had the honor of randomly running into Scott Wilson (Hershel) at a Dunkins before his passing. Hershel will always be one of my favorite characters he really is the goat 🩵🩵 RIP

jrnoodles

Thanks Geks! This episode was stressful

Toni Leigh

Just look at the flowers lizzie

nourah

Please don’t

Toni Leigh

The second they had the prison going well they shouldve reinforced the walls, built concrete or wood ones as a failsafe, its my biggest gripe with seasons 3&4😂😂 they had the time and the manpower after food the femce shouldve been a priority

Toni Leigh

They literally couldve stolen the material used at woodbury so its not like finding resources for it wpuld have been difficult 😂

Toni Leigh

Oh but you want her to look at the flowers

nourah

I do honestly

ryejett

this episode has made me genuinely consider investing in that watch

dash12321

33:35 just noticed, the gun rick is using has its muzzle flash a couple times before he fully brings it up during his last burst lol. Interesting, wonder if the flashes were cgi'd in, or blanks were used. Considering how they seem to have unlimited "ammo" tho...did they just cgi it regardless? lol 37:00 Infectious disease? No problem *maggie just kisses glenn's bloodied face twice while Hershel watches* Hershel's empathy and moral compass is a head above all the rest of them, truly the GOAT

I’m Tired

Can we please get some kind of update on lanterns or posting schedule ???? It has been a week and a half

leah

WE DESPERATELY NEED THREE EPISODES NEXT WEEK!!! SO STOKED FOR THE NEXT TWO BATCHES

Dorsia's Media Critique

I haven't watched Black Sails in forever I remember having so.much fun saying "Billy Bones" for some reason, funny name.

Jack

Fk this season gets good from here

Silentwtf

love how hershall been walking and nobody has questioned it, unless i missed it

Frosty

Generational 1v9 performance by Hershel

Sari-chan

I am not religious, but I know how faith can carry you through tough times, so I respect it. I have seen people really showed their strong hopeful nature during the worse time in their lives and it made me want to believe. Seeing Hershel having a moment of vulnerability after everything happened really got me.

S K

I’m sorry but 2 eps a week ain’t gonna cut it we’re not even halfway and you guys are starting too many new shows. 4 eps a week would be good

Zess

He has a prosthetic, it showed it earlier.

DonDuh103

Tesla has solar ATVs I’m pretty sure

DonDuh103

DonDuh103

Father and son walker mow-down bonding💀💀
