"I tell my tale and my tale is true, as true as any tale that has ever been told. This tale takes place in the great hub of the world, the centerpiece to all around it, Medinaat al-Salaam, in the middle of the Summer in the Great Year of 1177, the month of Jumada al-Akhira.

Peace in the Greatest of Cities is not yet a year old. Though scars remain in the Jeweled City, repairs to body and heart are already well underway. Joy at the results of the Great Race bring newfound life to the city, and a mixture of appreciation and concern that it was a Yodotai, Drusus Edan, who proved himself most capable of riding this year.

Inside the Palace, court intrigues now flare up as the old Caliph, Puja al-Rahbi, retires to allow his son to take his place. The struggle that had been brewing between the Sultan and the Caliph now comes to the forefront as dark figures begin to arrive in court at their bequest. A conflict of words and actions to settle the state of Medinaat al-Salaam, and all those who reside within."

This will be a court-based game set in the Palace of Medinaat al-Salaam, where all the big players are in attendance. At the heart of the game is the power struggle between the two young rulers of the city, the Sultan and the Caliph, the end of the Jackal Civil War, and the formation of a new Military Unit within the city, the Yeniceri.

The game will start on June 6th.
