Upcoming Game: Banner of Stars II - New Kalani (Patreon)

Political marriages are still an import part of alliances in the Age of Stars, binding clans closer together. For the past few months, the nakado of the Crane, Mantis and Spider have worked to secure marriages for some of the highly placed scions of their clans to further cement their alliances. A grand engagement party is being held amid the grandeur of the oceanic world of New Kalani, where relatives, friends, guests, and curious onlookers will celebrate the union of Moshi Wakana to Diagotsu Isao, and Komori Sumire to Asahina Tomoko. It's shaping up to be the social and political event of the 3124 spring season.

Not everyone is pleased by the matches, or the alliances that they symbolize. Yoritomo Akifumi hasn't maintained his popularity by ignoring the feelings of his people; and even he is cautious about committing too much to these alliances as the Mantis react to the threat posed by the Emerald Champion and Lion aggression. His eyes and ears permeate New Kalani, carrying reports back to him of the prevailing mood of his people and the tension or accord developing between the clans throughout the celebration.

The game takes place during these festivities, in the undersea city of Kyuden Sango on the world of New Kalani, allowing players the chance to influence the Mantis’ opinions regarding these matches and the shape of the alliances they symbolize.

Game is scheduled to start 1-2 weeks after The Wall wraps up.
