This hits home to me. I have some friends that had and have depression and it is hard to see from the outside. I am guilty of blaming my little sister of not snapping out of it. But when you really try to understand what is going on you are confronted with this huge pile of deep sadness, that you have to be aware you don't drown in it yourself.
