Those yorkshire looked great (whole thing did tbh). I especially liked that QB doesn’t skimp on the beef cuts, I’ve been to too many carveries where they serve it wafer thin. Gravy looked great too - and it was extremely satisfying to watch the whole cooking process (with extra points awarded for your little sous chef, who did some excelent peeling).
