This one felt a bit dry, but hopefully there are some thoughts and observations in here which people will find helpful. This will probably be the closest thing to a "business" related video that I'll do in a while.

I'm glad you talk about this because I was announcing today my "demo" was going to be available next week but what I meant to say was playtest and I have promptly fixed my announcements 👍🏻 great video as always.

Good stuff! For SENTRY we took down our demo once we went into early access because the demo was no longer representative. Why? Because the demo was a polished horizontal slice of the combat gameplay, and lacked the strategy layer of the game - something that ended up surprising a lot of players. So I think to actually keep a demo up during development (or if we were to ship another demo at 1.0), we'd have to switch to vertical in order to better sell the game.
