Gutted I missed this talk , I spoke to you about the AP1 form I've filled it out and sent it to the Land Registry to be changed, first box on application says local authority, so instead of my local council I've put my company name, the only thing I had to get was the title number which was a quick call to LR, I'll let you know the response 🙏

For U.S. citizens it is advised to register a trade mark with-in one of the classes for services, like legal or finance. So it is a service mark (SM )Americans need to register not (TM).

no, I would still keep the full name but others have their own reasons 🙏🏽 I can see the reasons why some will go for the one name. We never really have a name only that which was given. If those choose to be identified as the name they are giving themselves then whose to argue with them 🙏🏽 the Surname is only an add on anyway so can be dropped at anytime plus in keeping it you are showing it in Upper-lower case 🙏🏽 I have thought about doing like Hassan but I've been through so much at the moment through all this, I need a mental rest and then maybe think of my options later and as we can change the name as many times as we like, back and forth if we want 😂😂😂😂 surname, no surname, surname, no surname, surname, no surname, every 18 months 😂😂 that would confuse them all 😂😂😂👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Carl, might have an 8nteresting one for you. I was born in Africa 8n an independent commonwealth country in 62. I have a "certificate of birth " not a notification. I do have a British passport. Does this change anything regards my legal entity . Many thanks

My parents were uk citizens so got it by default, they sorted my first uk child passport. My certificate of birth states exactly that, i was born in a post colonial African state so the UK govt didn't have my birth details so am wondering if Tanzania sold my legal. I was christened in the church in Tanzania but have no documents The bstrd UK joindered me to their system don't know when I am sovereign, I have my Ltd and going for the other 2 Interesting fact...Tanzania and Kenya have 2 legal systems . The one orchestrated by the government but also "cultural law " people can decide which to act in

Yes they are totally different but unlike in UK Ltd, the govts of the countries respoect the "cultural law" systems
