Hi Can you look at the passport application from the post office and make a little video how to fail it - as it says on the form: name has to be filled with black pen and capital letters.

Hi Carl, this is what I have found out, and I'm about to act upon,the Land registry have a form AP1 on this form there is a box that says jurisdiction of property the solicitor writes in there the council that the house is under, let's say Bromley for eg, you can change that jurisdiction to your name, which takes your property out of their control and puts it in yours, all they seem to do is send you a letter warning that you will have to be responsible for the rd outside of your house pavements curbs etc, once you've installed your name on the form you can tell them that the debt has been settled which they know anyway and that they must send you your title deed, 99% sure of this but people can check it out

Carl on that note and making my wife ltd could she register as Christian name , maiden name / married name ltd to cover things like mortgages, joint accounts council tax etc, anything that we have in joint names

Most of the ladies who are married will claim both names until everything is clear and sorted for them, then they can dissolve that name that is not needed as such if. they choose to 👍🏼👍🏼
