If you use your DP name (John-Henry Doe) as the creator of the Ltd Co, I’m assuming the relationship to the company, you should select “Other” and then type “Owner” so this name is kept private and then the Director name should be the all caps version (JOHN HENRY DOE) which is the public name TM with the IPO?

Also, why is our home address used as the registered address? You said in the video you will explain the reason for this but there is no further explanation?

there is only one name so there can only be one location so they are kept together and match so there can be no discrepencies etc

Exactly. So JOHN HENRY DOE is the director. This is the implied all caps legal name. It is also trademarked in uppercase, lowercase and propercase versions. Then John-henry Doe the hyphenated name is then registered on enrolled Deed Poll. This name is entered as the Owner and sole shareholder of the Limited Co and is private. This is not trademarked as it’s private. I then don’t know who the Secretary is. Is that also the JOHN HENRY DOE all caps legal name? Many thanks.

no, you are fine, you want the birth cert name to be the company and your deed poll name to be the deed poll name, separate 👍🏼

I haven’t done a deed poll or anything and enforcement agents came today so setting up ltd co. now after hearing you guys on Richard Vobes. Does it matter if I use my full name as written on my passport or “birth crtificate”?

I have just successfully registered my LTD company but I am not sure I have done this correctly, I have used my married name and I wanted to know should I have used my maiden name which is on my Birth Certificate?

yes not a problem as most ladies who are married or have a married name claims both as ltd company then you can dissolve the married one later 👍🏼 we can speak on the next zoom meeting 🙏🏽❤️🙏🏽

we just had a zoom and the next one will be up soon but all the questions you are asking are answered in the videos in the collections folder and no it won't affect your PAYE ❤️🙏🏽❤️ there is no rush and no one is telling you to do anything so watch through some of the talks and write down the questions you may have and they will probably get answered in the talks in the collections folder 👍🏼 go slowly 🙏🏽

Hello, I've attempted to set up the limited company, unfortunately I didn't understand some of the questions. On the application, I've noticed that there are more questions than on the video and that got me confused. When would it be the next zoom, or what would be the best approach to get any further informations? Thank you in advance.

Hi So if I am right in following all the processes. I open my company up, FIRSTNAME SURNAME in all caps My BS is Dean all caps SURNAME So I then Enter my name plus Doe Firstname-surname Doe as owner and sole shareholder of the limited company? Does it matter Ltd or limited ? Regarding depol I would register my name as Firstname-surname Doe as my BC does not use Doe? When doing the TM, would I add the new written term as well, if adding Doe? That would leave me with 6 classes

Hi fellas, I just wanted to ask a question, just watched a Richard Vorbes video regarding people having their children taken away from them, Kidnapped by the state, would it benefit these poor people to establish more control over their children if they made their names ltd, can you add your child/children's names as directors, not really thought it through but the video's was quite disturbing

yes you can but they will convert it we can speak on the meeting as you can put the PSC down as the name also 👍🏼

yes this Friday 👍🏼 Every year you will do two things 1.. filing 2.. confirmation statement. when you do your confirmation statement then you can change all and information to suit 👍🏼🙏🏽 I suggest if you have not already is to get the Enrolled Deed Poll started 🙏🏽

If you already have a government gateway account because you are a sole trader as an example, do you use the existing gateway account already alocated to you for the limited company name or is it imperitave that you create a new gateway account?

good question but I suggest create a new one as you don't want to tie anything to the old as they are separate entities etc but I think that gateway key is for HMRC and you cancelled your UTR Number for the LTD etc I think, .... so will it be tying your LTD new company to. the Tax Number of the old etc 🙏🏽

plus you can't be a sole trader now you have the ltd, remember its the NAME, but you can act as a sole trader rather than a director, so there are two positions you can function in at the same time etc but keep them separate for the reason JOHN HENRY is not JOHN HENRY LTD and one has. a national insurance number and one has a UTR number 🙏🏽

Hi phoned companies house they told me once you have set up the electronic signature it cant be changed have i messed it up why cant i use the NI or passport info as i am just going to have to suck it up is there a more private way i can talk to you before the meeting as there obviously a good reason as i was did this last year

Hi guys, just letting you I have set up a Ltd company for my girlfriend and they have definitely changed the process, I did my own a few days ago and it seems to have changed now, it’s not significant but there seems to a bit more to do and it isn’t in sync with the following along video? Hi guys, sorry to be a conspiracy theory tin foil hat type😳 but is anyone getting the feeling that ‘they’ are trying to make it harder regarding the ltd companies? Have just registered my girlfriend and the email confirmation say’s ‘proposed company’ where as when I did mine the email said ‘congratulations’ you have registered, anyway I was just wondering what people’s thought on this are? the LTD company can take 1 hour, The enrolled deed poll can take a week or a year depending on your-Self 🙏🏽 either will cancel all contracts 🙏🏽

Hi Carl. Where can i find details of NOT using my home address and using my accounts department address. I have phoned conp house and the woman told me i can use my accts address for all addresses LTD sig controller. Can you help to confirm this if others have done this already plz. Thanks Kev.

At 12.07 on the video, when inputting the directors name, you are suggesting we use the deed poll name John-henry Doe as the Directors Name. This name will then convert to all upper case by the website software. So to recap. You are suggesting the following company structure... company name: JOHN HENRY DOE LTD, Director:JOHN-HENRY DOE, PSC:John-henry Doe, Shareholder: John-henry Doe. Is this correct?

The reason I ask is because having listened to further videos you seem to be suggesting that the Director should be the same person as the company name ie JOHN HENRY DOE and that this birth certificate name is the one that should be protected by the Trade Mark not the deed poll name. Further confusion arises when you suggest unlimiting the company. I have looked but can't find the reasoning for this. Could you please clarify the process and point me to the right videos and documentation please. Many thanks John

I've been reading that companies house will require id for the director and psc by November. I'm not sure if my passport will be done by then so I am worried about getting a fine. I'm assuming that I can use my birth certificate for the directors id. I'm beginning to think we are going round in circles here because why don't I just continue to use my current passport as id for JOHN HENRY DOE for the implied which I now control and likewise for John Henry Doe the living breathing and set my company structure and share holders using birth certificate name. The question is ... what does changing my name give me when I can automatically claim John Henry Doe as my living breathing name. Furthermore re registering as unlimited seems to just get us back to the starting position I'm currently in regarding id. Please advise.

I have just done this again but for my married name and the page where the electronic signature bit did not require me to choose 3 forms of proof, last time I tried to form this second dormant company it rejected me, fingers crossed this time, there was also the same glitch as last time where a page flashes up then disappears, its the one just before stating its dormant, the ones with about 20 options, ie: crops, agriculture etc, im hoping it wasnt applicable, if it was the page disappeared yet again ! IT WORKED 🍾 & trademarked this one too 😬 big thanks again !!
