Working on a proper BRICKS & MINI-FIGS investigation where I discovered where most of the missing lego were, confronted everyone responsible... including the CEO, COO, franchise owners...

BUT while we work on that video (~50 minutes)... I wanted to take a moment to address the pathetic clips of people going into LEGO stores to harass employees, and ultimately get in fights.

Retail employees aren't getting paid enough for this, and you certainly aren't either to risk brain damage for LEGO Star Wars.

Harassing regular employees is not the solution. Franchise Owners are the only ones who would have any weight in this entire situation and they are innocent as well. If you want to implore your local Franchise Owner to take a stand against Corporate, I'd suggest going about it in a way that does not involve harassment or physical confrontation or ANYTHING that could get you arrested by the police! Take a stand, make your voice heard but please do so in a smart way

Fuck bricks & mini figs corporate, but man I kind of feel like Ben encouraged a lot of mentally unstable people to do stupid shit like this by doing legally questionable things in his videos. Which might in long term hurt the legal case.

I'm not kidding when I say you should explain clearly how franchises work. I think people genuinely don't understand how separate a store generally is from corporate. The sad bit that makes this even more confusing is the guys that owned the Oregan store are rumored to actually be close friends of the CEO.

Is this inception? Someone (coffee) talking about something (BAM vs Ben) that he’s not involved in, and someone else (street fighters) are at a store fighting about the something (BAM vs Ben) that they’re not also not involved with. Then the someone (Ben) in the something (BAM vs Ben) is also not actually the victim who is is supposedly Brian, who is also not the actual victim, it’s his father….. There’s a whole lot of ambulance chasing going on here.

I sometimes wonder if some of these crisis management companies literally pay people to do terrible things with the theory that they can make the other side look unreasonable as to get the public to start questioning the counter perspective

I remain skeptical of all things. What would stop B&M from Hiring crisis actors to win their lawsuit? Would they do that? Can’t say there’s a 0% probability that B&M wouldn’t stoop that low. No one should do anything illegal but a boycott of every store in the B&M franchise is warranted as all money made by each store has a percentage sent to corporate and helps fund their law fair
