@coffeezilla I reported bots that were infesting a Video of yours in the comments and YouTube immediately paralysed my account and ability to comment. Total shadow ban. I posted a screenshot of the conversation with YouTube that was from my previous account. Naturally my current one is new. Thanks for doing work like this coffee. Your work inspired my legal academic paper on amending the Securities Act to include cryptocurriencies to more clearly put this unregulated area to be under the preview of the SEC. I was so happy to see academics mentioning that same idea to congress people during the hearings on FTX. Regarding this investigstion, I hope this results in enforcement actions by the SEC. It would be great to see them disgorge the early investors to repay the regular people who lost on this.

I have always been a fan (age related, for I am ancient) of characters like Sam Spade and creations deemed noir. Film noir (/nwɑːr/; is a cinematic term used primarily to describe stylish Hollywood crime dramas, particularly those that emphasize cynical attitudes and motivations. Replace Film with YouTube and Hollywood with Crypto and you have Coffeezilla. Well done!

None of this will change until the cryptocurrency space is adequately regulated. Another outstanding investigation Coffeezilla. If this was perpetrated in the classic fiat currency system it would be an open and shut fraud case in many countries. The fact that people like this are continuing to get away with genuine criminal behaviour is outrageous. I feel for the victims in this story and really hope that some sort of justice is delivered at the end of this. If there is, it will be in large part because of you and the incredible amount of work you put into this stuff.

I pity the victims. Not because of the financial loss, but for what else must be going on in their lives to have such a strong parasocial relationship with someone who has evidenced that he’s a dishonest person. It was so uncomfortable to watch the cognitive dissonance at the end of the video, especially the guy who thinks he’s getting that meet and greet. I mean this in the kindest way possible, I hope they learn from this and grow - not just to be more financially savvy but also to not put their hopes on some internet stranger that doesn’t even know they exist.

Its possible to make money on crypto and NFTs but the method means screwing over someone, somewhere. That's always the case with crypto and NFTs. Money doesnt come from nowhere so its about hype and screwing people over.
