There'd be a learning curve, but Remy would absolutely be able to cook in a mech suit. I've seen people peel hard boiled eggs and open beer bottles with excavators. Frying an omelet in a mech suit would be relatively easy

Is this the Neuralink I've heard about?

They could get more adventurous with sizzling hot cooking oil, provided other staff kept their distance.

His name is Linguini, not Luigi.

Remy's will has no boundaries.

Having seen this movie way too many times, Remmy doesn't control Linguini as much as he found nerves that make Linguini want to react in a specific way. It is like the spot on your knee that the doctor hits to cause your knee to jump (Patellar Reflex). Linguini must relax and not resist the reflex for it to work. I mention all of this not to be pedantic, but to explain that Remmy's control would only be diluted if Linguini's own physical abilities are blunted (say, a really stiff mech arm that Linguini is too weak to operate). So, I'm with Rowan, if anyone is capable of cooking in a mech suit, Remmy is able to learn how to use his mount (Linguini) to do it.

Maybe it would be like hitting the cue ball against another ball to sink your target ball—possible but exponentially more difficult?
