My recent collab with Berkeley Mews reminded me to share this painting i did for Ryan North’s book: To Be Or Not To Be. I illustrated just one calamitous ending for his choose-your-own adventure. In it, Romeo has his wish granted (to be a glove on Juliet’s hand). Inspired by these lines from the tragic play:

See, how she leans her cheek upon her hand!

O, that I were a glove upon that hand,

That I might touch that cheek!
