There is the possibility freddy gets something like what shiv has in the early books of Path of the Deathless.

If Freddy’s main body dies he enters a phantom/ether construct state where he can do damage to heal his body and then gets his body back after.

I mostly agree with this theory, the expansion of his soul was him connecting to the ether, allowing him both an ether body and a physical one. If his physical body dies he may need to kill ether constructs to rebuild his body.

I think it’s more like his impurities as a mortal have be cut away. There will probably be negative consequences but I think it breaks manipulation limits allowing him to manipulate all of his abilities without limits.

Guys guys guys, his new affinity is def gonna function like a manipulation talent 1000%, remember the last time any character talked about the shells in their ethrcosm, it was Sofia and it was right after their conversation in book four where she tells him that her talent is wayyy better than they thought and that it doubles as a manipulation talent, soooooo

I don’t think Bobert will do this, cause its very literal, but it is possible we get something like what Demi-Humans have in teh anime of teh same name. Basically their body gets reverted back to the state they were in at the first time they died if I rember right whenever they take lethal damage. Though I doubt we will see that.

Would that make Freddy a parasite of all the people who have his organs, draining their life force as well as he heals?

The main reason I think the talent will be more passive is that Freddy asks “What have I done”, and this is after we are told he feels a great sense of loss. So its likely a more intrinsic change in his nature.

Would it also apply to the clone organs from Pale Moon or just the ones he grew specifically?

No idea

If his organs spread to a lot more people, than it may not need to directly hurt any specific individual near as much. Kinda spread it out a bit so to speak

Yeah, I think freddy has a bit too much trust in bloodshed at points. I get that he is the only intelligent being thats been with him yhe whole time, but bloodshed has shown in the past that what he thinks is best for Freddy isn’t always what Freddy wants, or thinks is best for himself.

bloodshed is always right, and in cases where Blooshed does not have Freddy’s best interests in mind … it’s “Freddy’s best interest”’s fault

I mean, I wouldn’t say he is always right. I think he genuinely should have talked to freddy about the fact he literally changed Freddy’s personality without him knowing or giving concent.
