Rip new york. You know this chapter made me think of characters tuck in a timeloop. Where in the beginning they try so hard to break it and fail over and over to the point they say fuck it i dont care anymore and am just going to do whatever i want. Usually they bounce back when their is a change they can make but our buddy lee is entering the the fuck it phase. At least he has someone with him to keep him semi sane.

The only way you could save Fallout in less then 3 hours would to be on the level of Superman or the Flash.

I don't think he's gonna save this world. I think he's going to take over fallout 4's starting vault and save that family and all those that would've died in the feezers.

Naw. It's just Lee's not really suited for this. Too heroic. Someone more pragmatic might have decided the best way to handle things was to replace Otto as Harry's minions for defeating Spider-Man and save Harry and the World by killing Otto as he went after the sample. Heck, probably could have gotten the Green Goblin flyer and such by doing that. Instead he tried to be a hero, and got caught up in a bad situation because this was a world where the hero lost.

that or have integra use her new magic phone book and hope it got all the important people numbers she could call and if not stop the bombs through those channels like that then give the information to make everyone aim for a single enemy they can all target instead of a M.A.D. for everybody.

The rolodex gives her numbers, but nothing on making them talk to her or believe what she says. After all, Believable Bluff only works when Lee is lying.

Oh, no, whoever is his Manager is being an absolute prick on purpose. There's rules behind it on the back end, so there's a chance he could 'win' (otherwise it wouldn't be entertaining), so that's why they haven't gone to any insta-death locations like Worm (they have nothing to stop Precogs), but the Blocks are not a good place to be.

Fuuuuuuuck... You gave them hope, for almost ten minutes they thought that maybe, just maybe they had saved the world. Then you crushed their hopes in what many head shrinkers would consider an act of self loathing with one of them being you, and send them to Fallout with three hours to stop the nuclear apocalypse. Man, I can't wait to see the reactions this will invoke on QQ.

I mean, the person watching them is absolutely a prick, and did that on purpose, most likely because Lee delayed it a bit but didn't stop it. But I don't think the people behind him are like, actively trying to fuck him over. Just being petty AF over his failures.
