THREAD

Karakura gets EXALTED,

Next: DR Omake, AB, The WCU, and MHA

Comments

MagisterdeVita

What's the WCU? Is that a new series based on marvel or another MG

Anonymous Daniel

Exalted is such bullshit. If this gets picked up it is going to be such a laugh seeing everyone's reactions to Lee's hypercompetence and speed of action. Even at things that really shouldn't be able to be sped up like literal paperwork!

Zerak

Do you ever plan to expand on these 1 shots or will they remain one shots?

Alex Collyer

While I enjoyed this MG as I've enjoyed all of them so far I don't see what it is about this story that has some of the upper level patrons insist it be the one picked while they haven't done so for any other. It was a fun story but it hasn't made me wish Lee would break his rule to develop it into a full story like I do for the Fate and OPM one shots.

PublicLee Speaking

??? Each month I do two, one for the upper level ones, and one in the poll I've posted every month. If you scroll down, you see WCU won the poll, which is why, it's the third thing on the docket for me, after I finish a ROP/DR Omake I've been kicking around for a while, and the last non-epilogue chapter of Abaddon Born(e). Also, the OPM Oneshot was half a books worth of scenes.

Alex Collyer

I know, its just during the poll for the lower level every month or 2 someone comments "Im one of the upper partreons who gets more info on the stories you should choose thread its the best one and while i liked it I don't see what put it head and shoulders above the OPM and Fate one shots.

Zerak

I never noticed that. Granted I don’t always come back to check comments and I read it around the time it comes out.

Zerak

Fair enough, I am guessing some form of commission system. Or maybe a rotation in place of the finished story (and since you said the Arcane story will go on hiatus for a while).

Zerak

You know the whole wiping peoples minds in worlds where monsters are around is something I always found annoying. Like in PJO the Mist stops people from being able to get out of danger. If it prevented monsters from harming anyone that doesn’t have clear sight it would be one thing. But the way it is basically allows monsters to prey on people. With Hollows knowing they are a thing means you avoid isolated areas, specially since you can’t prove they exist to people who aren’t spiritually strong enough.

pomegranate horsie

ngl doing that is pretty shitty, *especially* when it turns out there wasn’t a massive reason the others are bad/the guy would have posted the same plea to vote for his favorite series no matter what. I’d support a good smack for anyone trying that, otherwise you’re gonna risk getting people fighting in the peon votes by posting unverifiable claims or just straight dumping all the info available in the higher tier.

NOPE YOU DON'T KNOW MY NAME

To be fair, its not as if Mortals can do shit about the monsters you have to have specific weaponry for it

Mr Mouse

Mortals developed the M61 Vulcan, and the Polio vaccine; Given knowledge of the threat, there's no reason to believe they'd be helpless against monsters

Zerak

And in PJO they do, I think on the the mortal parents of the demigods makes celestial bronze coated bullets. Not saying there won’t be a lot of chaos and blood shed, but I think humanity would eventually adapt. So the vail harms them in the long run.

Dragonhulk

I'm glad that the cifer in the story only knows the basics about Exaulted because I know absolutely nothing about it. This means I can explore his powers and how it interacts with Bleach with him.
