I really love how both of you tell stories and there were smaller stories here and there in this episode but not overarching the entire thing. 3. Mr Third is doing a great job! 4. Hello all! Thanks to the Pearlmanias for the shoutout. I did want to suggest a possible topic, which I think can be both light hearted and then also series (maybe a two parter?): the history of sex work. I think talking about it and also maybe seguing into the fact sex workers are overlooked vy cops when they are victims, or victimize them further. Maybe cover FOSTA-SESTA and its impacts. I have a great archaeology book that covers the topic of sex work and an excavation at a brothel! (I, like Magistra, am an archaeologist.)

I feel like this new format was fun but it was also pretty jarring when I expected the podcast to be a deep dive. I felt like I had missed a memo somewhere and kept waiting for the deep dive to happen. I really love the deep dives so I think they should be a part of the pod still. I think a combination of vibing/ranting/lore episodes on top of the deep dives and book clubs etc would be great.
