3 things: 1. My um/like trauma comes from my mother because it's one of her pet peeves and she would aggressively call me out like Mr. P's teacher 2. I know what a tundra is because of The Mighty Boosh (iykyk BOOSH BOOSH STRONGER THAN A MOOSE, LOST IN THE ICY WHITENESS OF THE TUNDRAAA) 3. When I think of weird costume combos, I don't think Gene, I think Butters from South Park. There's an episode where he dresses up as a wereprechaun ("yknow, a leprechaun that got turned into a werewolf") and I reference it more often than I should.

Oh man, I was just at the historic Eagle Point Lighthouse in Door County, Wisconsin and in 1911 (not sure of exact year) the lighthouse keeper witnessed the assistant keepers son fall through the ice while walking from an island to the mainland of the peninsula. The kids was walking across the ice to go get their mail.
