THANK YOU for supporting Savage Sisters. Harm reduction is one of the most effective interventions in society, but it the least used EXACTLY because most people want to attach conditions to basic human needs for those who need them most. We have a "wet house" in Minneapolis that does amazing work. Funny thing about providing for peoples' basic needs... When they aren't spending every moment trying to just survive, they can gradually get back to actually living instead of just existing. Thank you for the amazing work you do every day and for being truly decent human beings. ❤️❤️

Today is 10/30. Started the day with so much social media news of impending apocalypse (one of which was Mr. P’s going “you should just put your phone down for the day”😂), went into work anxious about life and all that I feel I need to prepare before whatever fuckery is coming after the election….just overwhelmed. You have no idea how badly I needed the reminder that this feeling is normal and part of what the billionaire class has orchestrated to keep us depressed and not moving. But FUCK THEM, I early voted yesterday in Wisconsin 💙 Tomorrow is Halloween (and also my birthday!) where I’m gonna have fun taking my kids trick or treating while helping donate food and supplies at our random neighborhood lawn pantries that started last year when snap got cut. Enjoying my life with those I love while actively building community is my favorite way to give a big middle finger to those in power AND be reminded that there is power in the people. 🫶🏾Thank you for reactivating my petty because y’all KNOW nothing drives a neurodivergent depressive better than the occasion to prove someone wrong in the pettiest yet brilliant way possible 😏 Sincerely, A perimenopausal Audhd depressive who’s high as fuck at the moment

My kids used to leave their socks in the kitchen and living room because it’s where they take their shoes off when we come in the house..my daughter got sick of me constantly after them to pick them up so she goes “why don’t we just get a little laundry basket for by the front door for dirty socks?” 🤯 6 years later and it still works, just took our littlest household neurodivergent to think around the corner a bit 😂
