Big news.

We have a new merch store, and we’re so excited!

We will now be doing pre-orders for merch drops, which means we can order exactly how many you want without running out—but also, it means that if you want it, you gotta get it now cause it may not be available later!

Patrons got early access and first dibs, along with a Patreon-exclusive sticker set with every purchase. Join us on Patreon for $5 a month for early merch access and exclusive discounts and gifts with purchase, along with access to all of our previous and upcoming bonus content!

Need that hoodie! Shipping policy says something about customs clearance so I assume these are shipping from overseas, but at checkout it's showing no additional duties (in US) – are they already included in the price or will they be charged on delivery?

Guys, we love you and we would've loved to be able to buy more, but with the taxes and customs in the EU, we would've had to pay around 80€ extra for two hoodies, a T-Shirt and two dice sets. 🥲 I know that's not your fault, we're just hoping for another solution to this in the future. 🤞🏻

If these shirts are Warren James brand I recommend larger folk order a size up from their usual. I bought two shirts from another merch store and they shrunk up by almost a size

I’m really disappointed to hear from Warren James that the patreon stickers were only available during the first 48 hours of the sale. I’m a proud patron but I wasn’t able to afford the merch I wanted until I got paid this week. This wasn’t clear in the posts about the new merch store :(

To summarise the comments I've been seeing: - People super excited about merch selection! - Concerns about the quality of Warren James - Concerns about potentially illegal refund/ returns policy - Sad stickers were only for 48hrs and not just a patron perk. - Potential to get a refund but only in the pre-order period

Also read about clothes shrinking but it's not necessarily accurate. I'm gonna see about a refund, unfortunately it feels too risky for me! Would have loved to support though.

Thank you! Speaking to Warren James about all of this to make sure concerns are heard. As for the stickers: Any patrons who ordered during the Patron exclusive 48 hour preview window will receive them. We will do another merch release later this year, and make sure to make it extra clear that patrons get a sticker during that window, AND then add them to the store for regular purchase, too!

My order was over $100 USD yet I was still charged for shipping, even though the website says free shipping for orders over $100USD for USA, UK, Australia and Canada. I'm in Canada. Did anyone else have this happen? I've emailed support and am waiting for a reply.

For anyone waiting for their pre-orders, James Warren said the standard processing time is 8-10 weeks from the date or purchase. The timeframe is a estimate and may have slight variation, but they'll email you when it ships. That's what they informed me. So excited to get it! But phew what a wait

FWIW, the hoodie that I ordered on Aug 29 just arrived today and the quality is really good: thick, soft fabric; clear, vibrant print (front and back); nice touches like a cloth WBN tag on bottom hem, a wide hood, and rubber tips on the hood cord. The sizing seems accurate to the provided chart as well. I know they’re no longer available but, if they come back in stock, I’d say it’s a good buy. Just be prepared to wait two full months!

I got my notification last week that my package has shipped and when I checked today it had arrived in the US on Friday. Am I the only one who gets repeatedly stymied by the 17Track "I am not a robot" verification test when I'm trying to check the progress of my package? It shows an image that you're supposed to match with one of a bunch of other images, none of which are identical to the first image, so I assume we're supposed to select something with the same subject matter in the same style but it keeps rejecting my choices. 🤪

Excited to have received my merch! I was disappointed that the dice do not match the picture at all, I'm guessing some sort of manufacturing error (muted colors, strange textures, and no sparkle). That being said, happy to support the pod and love the content!

I got the stickers. Almost missed them in the bottom of the package. Did you make sure to do a sweep through the shipping bag? They weren't packaged with my t shirt, they were in another small bag.
