30:45 You can actually see Maekar deliver the killing blow right here. We see Baelor swinging at Maekar from behind and then Maekar spinning around cracking Baelor across the head

Tyler Sick

Very!! Clearly swinging out of desperation! Doubt he knew his brother was behind him

Hollow

Of course the best people/leaders die way too early. Different Daemon, Daemon Blackfyre. The Blackfyre Rebellion was another civil war after the war in HotD. Ser Arlan is singing in Dothraki btw, he's well-traveled. Maybe that's why he had 3 horses. The ropes of death enwrapped me, Ungodly men have made me afraid, The ropes of hell abound me, The sorrows of death prevented me. In my distress I called upon you, The Great Stallion, who is worthy to be praised. So shall I be saved from my strong enemy. Beat them small as the dust before the wind. I will cast the evil out, As the dirt in the streets. Courage is my salvation. Mercy is my light.

it would still go to Valarr, Baelor’s son, hes the heir’s heir (this is why they say Rhaenys in HOTD was passed over as the only child of Jaehaerys’s heir it shouldve gone to her after her father died but then he chose to name his 2nd son heir instead and after that son died they had the great counsel) also there are two more brothers before maekar so it would go to valarr and after valarr would be baelors 2nd brother

Jacob Cannon

I know this is an older post by like 6 days, but listening to your post show discussion, I wanted to add a tidbit of context to the "Black Dragon" and Blackfyres - the reason why they call Daemon Blackfyre the Black Dragon is because he used a sigil with the Targaryen motif, but reversed the sigil colors to be a black dragon with a red background (instead of the black background and red dragon). Also, yes - this is based on George RR Martin's 3 novellas aka the Tales of Dunk and Egg, which are really enjoyable if you ever want to read them! Way more light hearted than the main series, and more about the adventure of two buddy cop like characters while they stumble into grand scale events! And the show just does a great job adapting the feel of the books into the show!! Kudos to them!! And so happy that AKOTSK has been well received and that yall are enjoying it!
