Thrasymachus' Catabasis index

This is the audio for my narrative adaptation of the Thrasymachus reader, called Thrasymachus' Catabasis. I have used the Classical Attic Pronunciation.

Hi, great recording! I think that at 2:54 there is on the Google doc a typo (Χάρωνι for Χάρωντι)

Thanks! So this was a mistake on my part, since corrected in the text: while Charōn, Charontis exists in Latin, this appears to be from a non-literary form; the normal Attic and Hellenistic word is Χάρων Χάρωνος.

Thank you to you, just a question about the chapter: is it cheating answering to the questions "ιαʹ · Τί κελεύει ὁ Ἑρμῆς;" & "ιβʹ · Τί οὖν κελεύει ὁ Χάρων;" with direct speech or should I use more complex syntactical constructions such as indicative + infinite (that appears only one time in the chapter, I think)? I think maybe you can write it the prefaction. Thank you in advance: despite my knowledge about Latin I completely ignore the basics of Greek

Hi Enrico! I always have my students give their answer in direct speech, sometimes just quoting the text.
