semel atque iterum - again and again

Plūrimam salūtem tibi dīcō! Semel atque iterum volō verba antīqua vel ūtilia tibi exhibeō. I want to show you ancient or useful words again and again.

Semel atque iterum, literally once and again, is a fantastic expression. It has a few synonyms: iterum atque iterum, and iterum iterumque.

Māter quaedam: iterum iterumque dīxī tē dēbēre lectum tuum sternere! Quid tū hīc lectō īnstrātō agis?!

What example can you come up with? Write it below. Bene ambulā!

Semel atque iterum dīcō fīlium meum rēs nōn adscendere, sed numquam audit!

One might also say 'time and time again' as in 'I've told you time and time again that you should make your bed!

It would be nice if translations were provided for any Latin used, e.g. Quid tū hīc lectō īnstrātō agis?! I'm guessing 'What are you doing here with an unmade bed?', but I am not sure.
