I'm with the fans on this one. More of Ron Jamiel. He seems like he'd be a down-to-Earth guy who nonetheless devotes himself fully to the craft. I feel I could invite him over for boardgame night in the Ray ensemble and it would not be weird. Also, in the comic proper, did Beef hire actual Tina to play Tina in the musical? She doesn't look like an actress playing Tina. She just looks like Tina. Getting his actual semi-girlfriend in on the shtick is just golden.

The hair is a little thicker and the tummy-cutting waistband a little tighter, but this could just be an effect of age on the real Tina (plus a bad wig that is almost exactly like her real hair). I'm going to let this conspiracy theory gather momentum in the superfan channels for a bit.
