Showbiz is so much more than one-third of a Beavis in a trenchcoat. What are you accusing me of? First of all, the guy can create accordion signage out of a wine case divider, which takes several IQ points, and he even had the brains to realize that once his brother got married, he'd get a lot fewer handouts. And Beavis would have given up long before figuring out the microwave trick.

The fast food abandonment seems like the perfect way to handle Showbiz, surprised it isn't canon

Omnithea

Oh thank God. I thought he was microwaving something else.

Dickie

No upcoming McDonald's Slut arc, then? Always good to see the ol' Galaxie, regardless.

Zen Window

Holy crap, outtakes got dark this week. Beef really is over his entire sibling situation.

blair

Put it on a MedicAlert bracelet.

Julie (HiDeeHoGal)

Showbiz for president. Why the fuck not? Edit: I'm sorry I got political but I keeps it a hundo.

Achewood

Public, personal, private. This is level 3. Although Molly may get to hear this venting

Achewood

I think we all know Showbiz has never seen live tits and likely never will, unless it’s while his grandma is falling out of her wheelchair

Achewood

Oh my. I had never had that thought even once all week.

Achewood

Just because we haven’t seen it doesn’t mean it wasn’t a persistent trope in their young life…

Daniel M Ford

I too wish that Roast Beef had more brothers so that fewer of them would be Showbiz.

Nicholas Williams

Have you seen the HBO miniseries "Chernobyl"? I watched that a few years ago and then walked around terrified that my cells were exploding, so consider me *triggered* with all of this head-microwaving. I'm basically Linda Hamilton's screaming skeleton getting blown off a fence by a hydrogen bomb and then the screen freezes and it just says *Triggered!* in the "Terminator" font.

His temperature may be 165, but I still wouldn't consider Showbiz to be safe for consumption. Unless we're talking about the white plague, he seems like an ideal candidate for that. Hell he probably aught to get his self tested.

Julie (HiDeeHoGal)

Excellent show. I enjoyed it. I was in elementary school when that and the Bhopal chemical spill happened and it scared me out of my wits.

Condorito

A man has three hearts. And Showbiz somehow found his way out of all three

Conor Nelson

showbiz and microsoft boss gonna star in the buddy cop movie we didn't know we needed

Ryan Boyle

We be so elaborate? We saw this week that Nice Pete has some free time. Or does he prefer to observe the spectacle of the Addict's decline?

Vincent Verweij

These extras are the value of a main strip!

Achewood

Such a process naturally Excites his curiosity, as it reminds him of Daddy

Achewood

Who will win the heart of Donna in HR?

Achewood

Yeah he probably has some of that Marianas Trench steam vent bacterias

Achewood

I think I keep seeing clips of it on Instagram. But it doesn’t look any fun. Why aren’t all filmmakers just making Naked Gun movies? Those are super fun.

Travis O.

Had a Showbiz-esque housemate for a time and I wish I'd thought of leaving their unconscious ass at a McDonald's much further than walking distance away

Achewood

Well I like hearing that, thank you! I can't make you wait all week for just three panels though. I'd feel like a creep with a rash on the moral part of his brain.

Achewood

The neat thing about waking up from a blackout is you can't immediately assume everything that happened during the blackout was not your fault.

Bungus Bronbo

"Hi, my name is Showbiz (no relation), and I like sticking my head into microwaves and turning them to 'on'", followed by, in unison, "Hi, Showbiz"

Steamed_Grahams

It’s rough when your shit is less together than Lyle’s.

Dickie

Dayamn, where does that leave Todd? Actually don't answer that.

Nicholas Williams

Oh, it's actually REALLY fun. The part where a invisible cloud of ionizing radiation instantly kills a swath of forest had me hootin' and hollerin.'

Glenn Ramsy

Where do you think he'd be today if he had seen a live tit in his formative years?

Anthony Thompson

Well I’m MC Showbiz/And I’m here to say/I cook my brain/With micro-waves [fumbled mixture of mooing, beat-boxing, and your uncle’s apnea]

Anthony Thompson

Todd was the McDonald’s slut, I cottoned to that right away

Anthony Thompson

WENDY’S *** DOESNT LIKE THE TASTE OF ANTIBIOTICS

Doc G

Can we get the "well screw both of YOU" Beef in a diptych with "oh no it's today?" That's like 75% of my entire emotional range. Maybe I get them tattooed on my triceps above the elbow. TBH the remaining 25% is mostly Showbiz in the top left panel.

Omnithea

Is microwaving how Showbiz winds up at Microsoft?

Achewood

That's a very cool idea, but I'm not doing another arc for a while

Achewood

Given that I never thought Oh No It's Today would sell even once, I am willing to try this

Achewood

I'm Popcorn all the way / you're just Defrost 'cause you're [slur]

Achewood

is that...computer programming code?!

Anthony Thompson

Oh, is a womb going to slam shut like a dusty book in an empty library now? I’ll have you know I have a note from my mother that asserts I’m kind of a catch!

Achewood

And now I think you're paraphrasing famous lyrics! I am running ragged keeping up with all these allusions

Anthony Thompson

Paraphrasing famous lyrics in the sincerest form of just straight up stealing

Gregory Sheets

“Jesus Christ 165 that ain’t good” made me giggle louder than might be considered seemly. Also “I ain’t gonna get stuck holding the goddamn bag THIS time” is just pregnant with echoes of the horror that was Growing Up With Showbiz.

Achewood

A delicate moment of understatement. 165 isn't even good for a ribeye, let alone the brain.
