I want an honest opinion based on these things:

Are my REACTIONS, OPINIONS AND FEELINGS entertaining to watch? Even if I don't enjoy certain episodes that a regular fan would.

I enjoyed the last few episodes of season 3 of Doctor Who.

DO NOT vote yes if you just want to see more Doctor Who. On the favourite reaction poll I sometimes do, people often vote for their favourite show rather than their favourite reaction that week.

I'm not in love with the show but I enjoyed aspects of it. I am happy to continue the shows if you guys WANT my reactions to it.

If I do continue, it will be a permanent fixture to the channel.

I'll be doing 2 episodes of Whoniverse each week (Doctor Who & Torchwood) until the end of the series.

Should I continue or should I select something else for Wednesdays?

If you think I should react to another series instead, please leave a comment telling me what it should be... PLEASE only select something that is part of a Universe of shows and not just a new show. We are replacing GateVERSE, we need a new Verse.

I've already covered most of the universes.

Buffyverse, TVDverse, Marvel Netflixverse, GateVerse, (currently doing: TWDverse & GreysVerse).

Please don't ask for Star Trekverse as I cannot do Paramount shows.

This poll will only be up until Wednesday. As I need to make a decision.

I'm not sure how to vote on this yet. I'm not really qualified as my watch-list is very long and I'm very behind on DW. My main comment for now will be that if you don't enjoy it by now, then it's worth dropping it. You enjoying the show is important to me. Despite saying that, I think it's worth giving 2 more seasons and then making a final decision.

I can watch Doctor Who whenever I like on BBC iPlayer here in the UK, and I am saying yes to you continuing them as I am purely here to watch YOUR reaction to the show, because yes you have good opinions and takes on it which I like to hear as a Whovian and yes I thoroughly enjoy the reactions themselves.

Also, my favorite show of all time Sense8 - sci-fi, action, romance, ect. Only 24 episodes. But I’d pay you more to watch it so maybe hold out 😉

This one is tricky. None of those is exactly accurate for me. I do NOT love Doctor Who, but I do find them interesting. I've never watched them before, so I'm seeing them for the first time with you. I do know something about the show from reading on the subject. If you continued I would definitely watch them with you. I do enjoy your reaction to it, maybe because I'm not a superfan so if your opinions are negative on an episode, it doesn't bother me and I find the opinion interesting. It seems to me from watching your reaction to the show that the episodes you really hate have a majority of the time agreed with the fandom, with a few exceptions. In the end while it wouldn't break my heart if you quit it, If you kept at it. I would definitely watch them. I find Torchwood less interesting, but I get wanting to see the whole picture. In the end I voted the first option. Again, while I do NOT love it, it is one of the reactions you do that I usually watch right away.

I watched as much as I could of DW through your reactions but I couldn't get into it. The show was just not that interesting. Plus, your reactions generally reflected that as well. If you are on the fence about it, I think that tells you the answer. It's better to drop it if you are not excited about watching it. Also, I second the Breaking Bad verse, which goes BB, then El Camino, then Better Call Saul.

I think you gave Doctor Who a fair chance, and it was mostly not for you. - Breaking Bad universe - DexterVerse (I really, really think you should give this a real chance other than the pilot; a one-season test to see if you enjoy it would be great. It’s very popular right now and might bring new viewers on YouTube and even Patreon since they have a revival right now) - Battlestar Galactica I really don’t think there are many more Verses out there; you pretty much watched all the main ones. (I really want you to do the Avatar universe since they made a whole studio and are about to start releasing much more content, but it’s on Paramount, unfortunately. You would really love the rest of the franchise.)

I do enjoy your reactions to Doctor Who and your different thoughts on them. The fact that you've liked episodes that other people didn't and disliked one's that people typically like, hasn't really bothered me, it's interesting to get different takes on things. As I mentioned in comments before, I would tell you when we got to the part where I realized I was a Whovian and were not there yet. At this point I didn't love the show yet, there was a lot of weaker episodes in these first 3 seasons. There were some episodes I really liked, like the one with Rose's dad in season 1, the speech the Doctor made in The Doctor Dances, but not necessarily the episode and The Girl in the Fireplace in season 2, most of the episodes I liked came from this season though with the last 4 episodes in a row being quite good, with Blink probably being my favorite. I would love to see more reactions to the show, I was always kind of hoping you would make it to the end of season 4 and the specials before you made your decision but again only if you actually have some interest in continuing.

Alright... I'll throw in my opinion ..Fair warning it's unfiltered and completely honest and you might not be ready for it ..Read at your own discretion. This is why you shouldn't continue Whoverse: You don't like it. You know it.. I know it ..People who watch your "reactions" to it know it and have talked about it both here in the comments on Patreon and on Discord. 4 seasons worth of Whoverse and there's been plenty of times where I've heard you sigh about having to record another episode or we've spoken about it in some other ways too. 4 seasons ...That's a whole lot more than the unwritten "7 episodes and we'll see" rule and at some point the whole "We'll do another season and see where we stand" thing also becomes total bullshit Now I'm not gonna sit here and pretend I'm a fan of Whoverse ...I don't care about the show(s) ...But don't mistake what I'm saying here as bias against a show I don't care for. As I also don't care about reactions ...I'm here purely to moderate and help you with your channel. My point is: This is my opinion on watching shows ...Not only from my own perspective when I watch things on my own ...But looking at it from a "reacting" perspective too and what I think people want to see in a "reaction". If I find myself distracted by other things then I am clearly losing interest in what I'm watching ...If I find myself reluctant to put on another episode ..I am better off watching something else. You are often distracted by other things.. You often put off watching something ..You have made the impression (not only to me, but others aswell) that you aren't enjoying Whoverse ..So why continue? Why not watch something you would enjoy? Watch whatever you want to watch, react to whatever you want to react to. But if a reaction to a huge show that has a large cult following is devoid of reactions and/or only includes nitpicking and the feeling of hate watching. Nobody wants to watch that. If the only reason for continuing Whoverse is to appease people who like the show or maybe (and I don't know if this is a reason) even to pursue a better revenue, then your reason(s) for continuing the verse are flawed and the outcome won't be enjoyable for you and the people you're trying to entertain because you will feel like crap, feeling forced to watch something you don't care for which will not only be noticeable in your mood and will cause you to feel demotivated it will also be noticeable to others (as clearly has been the case) and they might leave to find their fix elsewhere. Like I said, I don't watch Whoverse as I have zero interest in it. I do however know how you feel about it and the aforementioned reasons are why I'd suggest not to continue it. Can I give any suggestion on what you should watch/react to? No. I will leave that up to your fans, the people that care about reactions. I mean, I would love to be able to talk to you about Trekverse, but I know how you feel about sci-fi and so reactions to that would no doubt come with a lot of nitpicking and the like, I'd rather not watch someone trash a show I love. (and as far as Paramount goes, we've proven with 6 seasons worth of Gateverse that the zip file method is reliable, it's not a reason to say no ..the other reasons are good ones however.) All I hope is that whatever the verse may be (even IF. you go against my advice and continue this one), you ENJOY. watching it. That it'll be something you feel motivated to hop out of bed for and start the day or end the day with. Something that with each episode leaves you with the feeling of wanting to watch more. Good luck with finding that And I hope that whoever reads this will take all of this into consideration too, think about what Shannan would like and go from there. That is all, T.

Also, Doctor Who is literally an infinite franchise. It will NEVER end. There are still SO many more seasons. That’s years of being miserable watching something you don’t like. It’s just not worth it.

It’s hard to explain why I want more Whoniverse without being spoilery. I have seen every episode of DW, including the classic era and virtually every reaction to the episodes so I guess I’m a little biased. I have also seen virtually everything you have put out since we started Buffy so long ago (except a couple verses I didn’t care for, but I tried anyway). I watch these for you and I love when you love something, but I love the odd SHANRANT too 🥰. I just think that based on my knowledge of the Whoniverse and the SHANiverse, that I will get some great reactions of both types and that makes me happy 😁😁

To be honest, I thought you had already made the decision because it wasn't in the coming soon part of your website. I'd like if you continue, but I'm not going to abandon you if you pick something else. If you like episodes general fans don't, that is fandom. Doctor who fans don't agree on most things other than the show in general. Your reaction is what I show up for.

Hey Larryg. I'm just a long time supporter, but I have to say cheers to you for watching so much ASR. I think based on that, you have a very valuable opinion here. I love that term the SHANiverse. Absolutely cheers to that.

After Show Reacts :)

Some information as I keep seeing two shows show up in the comments: Breaking Bad: This was selected a lot by somebody. They stopped selecting it because in the last reaction I did I said I didn't enjoy the show. I didn't like a show with a main character constantly gaslighting his wife. Not only that but, it's a show about drugs which is something I hate appearing in shows as it is. Hercules/Xena: I'm not against Xena but am a firm believer that you need to watch the whole verse which would mean watching more Hercules... which is the problem. This was also selected by someone and they stopped selecting because I clearly didn't enjoy it. The show has not aged well. The show is very, very sexist and I'm not even somebody who focuses on that in stories. It's far too dated and makes it really difficult to enjoy.

Well unfortunately Tony has chimed in against it so we are probably screwed 😩😡. I guess I may end up having to fade into the background as another set of Breaking Bad reactions pass me by, waiting for that moment that a top tier spot opens up that I might be able to grab and pay for a monthly continuation until she gets to the point of saying “Damn, I was wrong about this show”

I find it important to say I haven't seen your reactions on doctor who. I am new here and I watch now arrow verse and Gravity Falls. I personally like the show alot. But at the end a reaction channel isn't purely for the enjoyment of the members. Also for the enjoyment of the one making the reactions. So I would advise you to go to a quiet place and close your eyes and truly ask yourself how you feel about them. And if the feeling is negative stop with it. And is the feeling positive go thought with them. I would love to give some recommendations for a replacement. But the sentence about a replacement but not a new show I find confusing. I don't know enough about the shows you're reacted to, too know what show I could advise that's part of a universe you're already watching.

Nah, it's her decision to make... But if she's watched 4 seasons of this verse (3 Doctor Who / 1 Torchwood) ..Then "Damn, I was wrong about this show" more than likely doesn't apply any longer in my opinion

I don't think I have any more verses to suggest (that aren't blocked by paramount) so all I can suggest is moving Gotham or Prison Break to a permanent slot.

I would say that you should only continue watching if you think you might start enjoying it. Doctor Who (old and new) changes a lot when there’s a new Doctor or a new show runner. But there’s no guarantee it would be a change for the better for you. As for verses, The X-Files can be pretty good, although it can get quite scary for someone who can’t handle horror. I have never watched the spin-offs, so I don’t know if they are any good.

I like Dr Who but it is alot of dialogue; yea it’s a time travel show but it all depends on your enjoyment of it. It’d be fun to see you continue with Avatar last Airbender & Legend of Korra, & maybe the DC animated movies ? You saw Justice League War but that line of movies all leads to something

I think it’s some thing you need to decide, i would like to see more but not if it feels like a chore for you, as for suggestions the Jag/NCIS verse could be good (and very very long) but that would depend on how you feel about procedurals. EDIT: Just realised that may be paramount, sorry.

Legend of the Seeker is pretty cool. A very underrated show from around the 2010 era. If you like high medieval fantasy, it could be your new favourite thing.

As for Universe options there is the Boston-verse: Boston Public, The Practice, Boston Legal. Happy-verse: American Graffiti movie, Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley, Mork and Mindy., Joanie Loves Chachi, (I don't think you will like this one, 1 movie and 2 of the shows are set in the 1950's) Golden-verse: Golden Girls, Empty Nest, Golden Palace. ??? On weather you would like it. Simple fact is, there are not a lot of options once you eliminate, game shows, reality shows, child cartoons, Paramount, or things you have already seen or things that are B&W or just old or period pieces, or take place on a space ship.

Of course I haven't yet mentioned The Godzilla verse. But there is a lot of badly dubbed movies in that with horrible special effects. That's why I have been picking and chosing on that. to avoid the stuff that at best would just have you laughing till you peed or at worse, slip you into a deep sleep.
