Yeah, that reaction from Pete where he seemingly forgot about the baby (that may be his!) was weird. Addison is both an OB/GYN and a Neonatal surgeon (double board certified) so it does make sense that she’s doing this surgery with it being essentially fixing up a botched c-section. Naomi telling Dell to keep talking while Addison needs the quiet is crazy. Makes no sense that he’d even be allowed in the room i feel like. Naomi’s fair in the flashback is wild. That wig does not look good. I’m glad Addison asked Cooper what Violet would want. He’s the one that knows her the best even if Pete or Sheldon has a more legally binding connection through the baby. Katie showing up in the waiting room is wild. Some quick thinking from Cooper and Pete to get the baby off her without her hurting it. It does seem wild that there are no other surgeons that are better equipped to take over than Naomi who hasn’t done this since medical school. I get that they need the drama of having the characters we know be the heroes or whatever but it is a bit unrealistic. Unless this is a very tiny hospital… Glad violet was ok in the end!
