I always hated this episode and the guy that acted like the victim because his wife was raped, but unfortunately it’s probably not entirely uncommon of a situation. This guy is truly horrendous though. You’re right, that comment he made about “you want him inside you” was absolutely disgusting. Violet clearly had some severe PTSD that is made worse by just looking at the baby. Pete is being an ass by trying to force her to bond with the child. She needs therapy not someone trying to force her to get better. We get another camera from a OUAT actor in this show, with Lucy Hale’s character’s mother being Maleficent. Yeah i think the stuff that Violet is saying while I think it probably is true and I think it did help the patient in some way, the way she said it was a trauma dump and she’s allowing her own experiences to negatively affect her ability as a therapist.
