I find it so funny how everyone knows Isaac all of a sudden, except Richard who happily accepted him as Mr Taylor. I think all the new people are residents. The line between intern and resident can be a bit blurred sometimes, but I'm 99% sure they're all residents. And the only attending that we've seen move over from Mercy West was Callie. So our current residents are Meredith, Cristina, Alex, Lexie then from Mercy West we have Jackson Avery (the guy that was in Detroit Become Human), Reed Adamson (the girl with shortish hair) and Charles Percy. Then April Kepner was the one that was fired. Then we have the guy Steve that has longish hair who was in Lexie's intern class, I'm not sure if he's an intern or a resident right now. But I think that's it for like named characters right now unless I'm forgetting someone. Really interesting episode and the second in a row that really focused on one case with all the doctors kind of having their own POV of the same incident. Just here it was real time as opposed to being flashbacks. Richard is being a real arsehole here. Not for the first time in recent times, either. I'll explain more about what's happening with Izzie in a few weeks time. It's probably minor spoiler-y even though it's all behind the scenes stuff, so I'll just wait a little longer.

Patrick - Excelsior

Chandra Wilson (Doctor Bailey) directed this episode. This is the first. At the end of episode Derek give Meredith a bottle of champagne to drink. She is convalescing after having had liver surgery. You are not allowed to drink alcohol after liver surgery for a minimum of 6 months. Yes, the writers are doing the chief dirty recently. It is kewl how everyone else is working to help Derek. Love Lexy in this episode. I’ll try my best on this. Attending: Webber (Chief), Derek, Mark, Hunt, Arizona, Torres, Bailey OG Residents: Meredith, Cristina, Karev, Izzy (MIA), Resident Invaders: Percy (Otis from Supergirl), Reed (One that helped Karev), Avery (he wouldn’t wear a diaper). Interns: Lexie, Steve, I’m sure there are others but I don’t know any names or even if they were given names, I watched this a long time ago) That’s all I got.
